Konrad apartments are in the heart of downtown Tartu, nearby restaurants, museums and shopping. We stayed at a one bedroom apartment with a toddler and infant. The apartments arranged a crib at no extra cost. I would recommend Konrad to both solo travelers and families alike. The apartments have a kitchenette, WiFi, cable, washing machine and even laundry detergent is provided. There’s a parking lot 5 minute walk away, only please note that it might be difficult to find a spot there on weekends when parking is free of charge.

A very nice place right in the center of Tartu. We are a family of 4 traveling through the Baltic countries. Our short stay in Tartu, including a visit to the nearby Estonian National Museum was a highlight.

Great location. Quiet at night. Could have used luggage stands in the room, for which space could have been made by somewhat narrower beds

Very clean and comfortable. Lots of space. Excellent location - city center with many cafes, shops, and restaurants. Only downside was no 24 hour reception desk which can make arrival at odd hour difficult.

New and clean, very convenient flat in Tartu old town, next to several nice restaurants, university, main square. Kitchen provided coffee, dvds were on offer. Walking distance to everywhere.

Great spot, you are right in the middle of things here, with 5 of the top 10 eats in Tartu within 50 metres but for us at least very quiet.

Tartu is a lovely town with a friendly vibe and beautiful parks, buildings, museums to explore around every corner. It's a real treat that balances the busyness of the Baltic capitals. The Konrad Old Town apartments is a very convenient place to stay because it's located off the main pedestrian thoroughfare in Old Town. We were able to walk there from the main bus station. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartments are quite modern and new--a tucked away contrast with the surrounding Old Town neighborhood. (Don't be put off by the entrance through a gated driveway.) They have an arrangement with the nearby Werner Cafe, so you can get a breakfast buffet for a small additional charge. Pleasant place to stay for your Tartu visit.

Arrived shortly after a huge storm to find the alarm systems had been triggered and wouldn't switch off ! The young lady in charge showed tremendous initiative in sorting things out and manually disconnecting things. Our apartment was on the second floor and we hadn't realised there was no elevator - in fact the young lady was again to the rescue and carried our baggage up for us !! The furnishings are simple but stylish and everything was in very good condition. This was an ideal base for a short visit to see the sights. On our departure we had similar help with the luggage - we really couldn't praise the staff enough.

pretty good place if there is a promotion. Otherwise, there are newer hotel like Lydia that has similar price than this but better infrastructures eg. pool/sauna

The lady that checked us in was very helpful. She gave us a better room than we had booked. She recommended the Gunpowder pub for authentic local food and told us we were able to get a 5% discount because we were staying at this apartment.

Great central city efficiency apartment. Close walking distance to everything.
