The facility looked nice enough, but our bathroom door did not shut and there was a mildew smell throughout the facility, very strong as you walk in

Very clean & quiet

Just a one night stay

Great spot and location!!

Bed terrible, permanent indention where it was slept in. Furniture scratched up and stained in need of repair. Stucco around AC unit coming off wall. Bathroom till had most of grout gone. Base boards and caulking around very dirty. Continental breakfast was gross, something crunchy in eggs.

We stayed at the Hotel for 3 nights and during that time, They never once came into the room to provide new towels or empty Trash. The one time that we asked them to bring us towels and empty Trash, they never did and we had to keep asking for Towels and also there was poor Security. The side door would not lock and was broken. The Breakfast was also not great and it was super greasy. The only thing that we did like was the Pool. One time we went to use the pool an hour after it opened and the door was still locked and we had to let someone know about that. We have stayed here in the past and never had the poor service that we experienced this time

Very nice stay. Everyone was super friendly. Pool was so clean, granddaughter loved it! Would stay here again!

Clean and comfortable with good breakfast. Walkable to a few things and convenient

The location is very convenient right off of Interstate 35. Easy parking. Room and bed is comfortable.

Staff was very pleasant and the motel was clean ,close to alot of shopping and restaurants

There was absolutely nothing that was clean in this hotel. Desk clerk was friendly and apologized for the condition of the room and said all their cleaning staff was new. That’s no excuse for the shape of this room. New or not you should now this isn’t clean. You can use your imagination as to what the things under the bed are.

Rooms and property clean. Bathroom was out of shampoo

The room was not very clean. There was a used bar of soap in the shower along with coarse black hairs on the wall and shampoo dispenser. Part of the soap bar was still stuck in the drain. I don’t think the shower was cleaned at all. The shampoo dispenser was empty. The pool area had no clean towels and when we asked the front desk, they didn’t know where any clean ones were. The breakfast hardly had anything available.

As soon as you walk into the building it smells like an exterminator had just left from spraying for roaches. The room was dingy and looked diy from the floors to the walls. Had to spray Lysol everywhere since it looked and smelled like it wasn’t disinfected or properly cleaned. Ratings was an 8 star on Hotels.com, when in reality it was 0 stars.

Super clean and friendly staff

It was great. Customer service was excellent!

Cheap price =‘s cheap experience, it was okay for the price we paid.
