Excellent facility within walking distance of main square and shopping.

It was excellent as always and the staff were beyond helpful. Within walking distance of post office and convenience store.

A very well situated hotel for central krakow, especially if you are driving as it has a small car park. An elegant 1920s building - in winter the hearing was hot. Good service and plentiful breakfast.

This is my favourite hotel to stay in when I’m travelling in Euros. I’ve now stayed there 3 times and just love it.

Located in good place, kindly staff, help and answer questions.

We arrive at 2am and the cleaner came to knock pretty early. Not happy that we woke up, reception called too.. Works in the street at 7am on a SATURDAY and reception didn’t advise us.. There is no free parking. Price is too high for what you get. Really disappointed.

No restaurant available for evening meals. 30min walk to the City centre

Great small hotel at a great price. We wanted to be 1 block from a family we were visiting. Located next to a very nice park. If you want to experience Krakow next to the city center but also have a sense how people live in Krakow away from the crowded tourists, this is a great place to go.

The hotel is well situated and inviting. The rooms aren’t anything special but they are comfortable and mostly well appointed. The restaurant is very good. Staff were warm and helpful. Great stay.

Just slighter further out than expected, but the quality of rooms and staff more than made up for it .

The hotel is located in a quiet residential steet, away from the hustling touristic areas. A bus can take you to the old city - just e stops away. We had a very spacious room. Clean, comfortable bed. Desk and a reading corner. The shower is very good. Breakfast is great. For every taste and diet. The staff is vwry helpful and resoursful. Two downsides: 1. The is not enough light in the room. The bulbs just not strong enough. 2. The towels are rough...

Great hotel in a quiet area just outside the town center, staff were excellent and very helpful, asked about tours of Krakow and they booked them all for us, will definitely recommend this hotel.
