Staying for a weekend baseball tournament. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was mostly clean- bathroom could use a little more attention. Temperature was very inconsistent- seems to have a motion sensor or something so only stays cool while we were up moving around- once we went to sleep the room got too warm and was uncomfortable to sleep. Breakfast was what I’d expect from a hotel free breakfast- nothing fancy but no complaints.

We attempted to book this hotel, but the site glitched and put us down for the wrong dates after payment. It had tried to do that a few times before we booked so we refreshed to correct it each time and when we finally got the right dates and booked it, the confirmation showed a completely different set of dates. We attempted multiple times to contact the website right away and call the hotel to correct the issue, but there was no way to contact the hotel through expedia and no one through the website expedia got back to us. Just paid almost $300 for a hotel we didn't even stay at. Got ghosted and scammed. Truly a really bad experience with Expedia.

The staff were so friendly and accomodating. Expedia overbooked the suites, so the hotel gave my family adjoining rooms, and thank goodness bc we have 4 kids. The hotel was very clean and well kept. The breakfast was also good. I give them a 10 out of 10. We travel every year and this is the best hotel we've been to in quite some time!

After the previous nights stay at another hotel, this was our heaven! Clean, bright, great size room! Friendly staff who seem to just know all we needed!

Nice clean Hotel, no issues whatsoever. Staff was helpful and able to organize adjoining rooms for us after requesting.

Beautiful new Rooms!!! Comfy beds. Great service & location. Go to Mad Rooster for breakfast, amazing as well.

Cleaning rooms: waste baskets, used towels, toilet paper, et.al.,even if sheets are not changed daily, should be emptied and checked. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant!

Beds were comfortable. All areas we used were tidy and pleasant. Breakfast was delicious.

My key was ready when I got to the front desk. I was offered water and was in my room within a couple of minutes. Super easy! Thank you!

Overall good experience and great food. Staff very helpful overall however the staff member who checked us in on May 2 in the evening was not helpful. She was short and seemed to assume that we would be dishonest by bringing our dog into the building which we had no plans to do. If she wants to emphasize the rules she should be more tactful.
