The property has great access to shopping, restaurants and highway access. Need direction signage within the property, to indicate which way to elevators, etc.

Booked 2days, only could tolerate 1. 4th floor severe water damage yet put customers in rooms among the damage, constant loud air handling system, hand print of plaster on wall in bathroom, room had no towels so had to call for service. Refused refund of early departure due to 3rd party booking.

Great for families with kids

The front desk staff could not locate my reservation and refused our paid room with no refund issued. We attempted to contact Expedia to resolve it and they spoke with the hotel. The hotel then informed me that because I booked with Expedia and not directly with them they were not responsible for my reservation and did not have any additional rooms available. I was turned away from the property

hall way all torn up ceiling tiles missing . rugs worn. positive is great staff and breakfast bar better then we have seen in a long time

The staff are so pleasant and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. There was a world wide problem with the computers at check in and the staff were so apologetic and went above and beyond to accommodate what they could.

The first night of this stay, there was a ringing Noise in the room above. we attempted to call the front desk and no one answered. We had to put on headphones noise cancelling music just to be able to sleep when we approach the front desk immediately answered us with there is nothing we can do about it. We are not giving you any money back, they were not helpful at all, this was a very disappointing visit. We paid for a room to sleep in and we were unable to sleep, and that was not addressed at all.

I have a large family so a suite is essential. Not only was the suite spacious and clean but we were very comfortable. I will ALWAYS choose this establishment when visiting family in the Capitol region, thank you all staff for making our trip even more delightful!!!
