Overall experience was good. The apartment needs a makeover, which they are doing next winter. The breakfast is great, lots to choose from! The location and surrounding area/pool was also great. Friendly staff always smiling! A special shout out to Pau at breakfast for making our little boy Ellis smile every morning.

Perfect for cyclists - recommend booking Half Board (breaky and Dinner) - food is brilliant and very catered for cyclists (lots of it too) Only issue for me was not getting a decent night sleep and WiFi - it was a little flaky in our room but much better as you got closer to the hotel reception.

Overall a great place to visit for a holiday with the kids. Duva was pleasant anf enjoyable for the kids as Luciano the entertainer was welcoming and personable with our family. The apartment was fantastic, we had ground floor and was spacious enough for 5. Just disappointed with finding hoar around the appartimebt when we first arrived. A quick sweep and brush and it was gone. Wouldn't dwell on it but it's the only negative about the place. We opted for AI when we arrived and food was lovely. What would expected for AI. The staff in reception, food Hall, bar areas were friendly and polite. Gym was available for free and cycling on hand in a bunsance if you wanted to hire bikes. Although we arrived in August, families were mainly visiting. However out of school season this is a great location for avid cyclists. We had an option of a quite pool or pool around nar/ entertainment was also good and hogging sunbeds at silly o'clock was none existant. Beds were easily found throughout the day. The hotel is a little walking distance to Port du Pollença and little man did struggle to walk there and back if we decided to eat pit at night. But €7 in a taxi at leady one way was good enough. We kept excursions to a limit but use of the bus helped us venture out to Alcudia, pollensa and Formentor. Would recommend and would go back again for a relaxing chilled out holiday.

We stayed in room 3111, a 2-bedroomed apartment. Hotel location was excellent as we didn't want to stay in a big town - walkable distance to the beach, bus stops nearby, excellent views surrounding the hotel, shops close-by. Property advertised as 4-star, I would give it 3.5 stars really. Some parts of our apartment needed updating - fridge door had rust patches but fridge itself worked adequately (the freezer section left puddles though), cracks in at least two places on the apartment walls (one of which was around a plug socket!), microwave not cleaned since previous guests used it, electrics need reviewing as it kept tripping. Bedrooms clean and tidy – extra pillows, blankets and duvets in the wardrobes. TV in main bedroom as well as living room – only a handful of English speaking channels though. Air-conditioning was great as we went in Aug (it wasn't noisy either). Main twin beds were very comfortable. Two single sofa beds in each of the second bedroom and the living room, a little hard to sleep on – so apartment would sleep 6 people. Kitchen facilities adequate for self-catering. Hotel staff were excellent and very friendly. Maid comes in most days to empty the bins and make the beds. At least 4 onsite pools and free access to the gym. Free WiFi too. Main negative from me was the occasional odour coming from the floor drain in the bathroom (a design flaw and nothing the hotel staff could have done anything about).

Excellent location and good functional accommodation, the only downside was the kitchen area in the apartment - it would have been great to have had an oven and a slightly bigger freezer box in the fridge. The entertainment was varied and good quality in the evenings and my daughters really enjoyed the mini disco. Pools were good too.

Ultimate location for cyclists in Majorca. If you're here cycling, look no further. For family / combo holidays too, it works well, a short walk into the very nice Port de P' or easy access to other places. The apartments are ok, quite basic, a little noisy, squeaky beds, basic (i.e. poor) kitchen facilities but good space and a very handy washing line / bike storage section out the back. Very nice staff.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was great with everything we needed and low key family friendly. Location suited us as we had a car but it might be too far out of town if you don't.

We had stayed here as a couple a year before, and went back with extended family. We had previously had a one bedroom apartment, this time it was two bedrooms - apparently ok for 6 people. It was actually no larger in floor space than the single bedroom apartment we had the previous year. Tiny second bedroom, tiny shower room, and not too clean. Very disappointed....but would use them again, armed with the knowledge I now have. I should have booked two separate one bedroom apartments for our party of 5...all would have been well.

Just returned from an eight day stay at Hotel Duva. We had a fabulous holiday , the staff were all so friendly & helpful from reception to bar staff to cleaning ladies! The rooms were spotless cleaned every day except Sunday. Complimentary use of the gym & hydro pool were a great added bonus which my teenage sons loved! Location is great as the beach & supermarket are only a 10 minute walk . Bus stops are very close too if you want to go to Pollensa Old Town or Alcudia for the market! Thank you all at Duva we look forward to seeing you next year!!!

I would thoroughly recommend the Duva apart hotel the facilities including a lovely pool and garden areas however the Duvahabitat apartments are quite small and very dated.

The apartments were basic but all we needed and we had a great family holiday at Apartamentos Duvabitat. A car was essential. The pool and facilities were great and lots of people seemed to return every year. The only disappointment was the cleaning. Our cleaner changed beds and emptied bins but never swept up or did the floors in our apartment or on the staircase and walkways. She forgot to give us toilet paper one day!

Nice beach in Port de pollenso. other nearby beaches quite busy. Lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. Apartment quite a walk from the beach or a short drive if you have a rental car. Enjoyed paddle tennis at the apartment which we had never done before.

Close enough to the town to walk and only €5 in a taxi when you want to venture out. Very clean apartments and attentive staff. Just need more sunloungers to avoid the usual arguments over people reserving them early!! All in all a great holiday and would definitely return

Room not ready when arrived. Rooms very small and very dirty poor state despite recent refurb. Staff adequate except cleaners who just stirred the dirt around. Pollensa nice very busy though but to be expected in august. Go to Pollensa but I'd reccomend spending a few more euros on a better hotel. Also if you're kids are taller than 5 foot then they wont fit in the beds in the kids room which arr titchy.

The self-catering apartments suited us perfectly (couple with toddler). We had a first floor, 2-bed apartment. Plenty of space, very clear and kitchen was better equipped than most. The pool by the apartments is quite deep, but that wasn't a major issue. Hotel staff were friendly, the level of attentiveness from the reception staff did vary a bit. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the beach, but that didn't bother us as we were compensated with quiet surroundings. Plus you can walk down a back road and avoid the main road. We love Puerto Pollenca, but accommodation can be expensive, even outside the school holidays, and we found the Duva good value for money.
