Dear Mr. Vuong, First of all, I would like to sincerely apologize to the UK for our Villa service on this occasion did not meet UK expectations. We always try to provide the best service to customers. However, there are still a few errors of the Check-in department, which I hope you will ignore. Next, Villa Panda is not a Hotel, Villa Panda is a Villa for rent located in Sea Links Resort. Since Sea Links includes both Hotels and Villas, unfortunately led to this misunderstanding for England.
