Perfect place to stop on the Garden Route , extremely friendly staff and beautiful property. Best casual dining directly across the street down in a cliff cove “Ficks”

An out of season trip for whale watching. Early in the season so limited success there. Hotel was really clean and comfortable. The honeymoon sweet was lovely. Breakfast choice was nice and the distance from the centre was a 10min walk. The location is very good to the coastal walk.

We had a wonderful stay, was a long weekend away. Hermanus Boutique Guest House has a great location, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. great rooms too and friendly service. I I had to criticise I would say it can be a bit noisy in the morning when setting up breakfast if you have one of the inside rooms... But really a nice place we loved it.

This small hotel was awesome. We were a group of seven people and booked 4 rooms. We stayed for one night only. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. We had great view of the ocean from our rooms. The breakfast was perfect and omelette was to die for. All in all I give this hotel a perfect 10

The service was very good, the property is clean and the breakfast was good. I wouldn't change anything.

The Hermanus Boutique was a wonderful find and a great place to spend our final few days in South Africa. The decor and design are very unique but very clean comfortable and welcoming. We had booked a room close to the pool and spent the first night there, however as preferred a ground floor and sea view room, we were upgraded for our final two nights at no extra cost, which was hugely appreciated. The location is great for the coastal walk as well as being only a few minutes from the local centre for restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was superb.

Lovely in every way. Spacious room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Big bathroom and shower. Delish breakfast. Across the street from walking trails with rock hyrax and views of the ocean.

My wife and I with our 16 year old son recently had a 4 day stay at the Hermanus Boutique Guest House . We are frequent visitors to Hermanus and we can honestly say this was probably our best stay. The staff were amazing and the family room which consisted of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was really spacious with balconies for each room as well.. The bedding and cleansiness was excellent. The breakfast was superb and we would highly recommend this guest house. Thanks to Annakie and Josh and all the other staff for the great service and we will definitely be back. They really go out of their way to make your stay an enjoyable one.

The interior of this hotel is lovely. The rooms are comfortable and clean. But, there is a big difference in the room sizes. Our friends and I booked the same room for the same price at the same time but theirs was much larger and included a sitting area. There are a large and tasty hot breakfast included with the room. The hotel overlooks the ocean across the street and there is a nice path to walk along the water. The rooms, however, did not have a view.

Nice room by the pool. Enjoyed the outdoor shower. Within walking distance of everything and good restaurants too. Not much is ocean view.

Brilliant

We were there for 2 nights and were very pleased with this hotel. The location is excellent : away from the main traffic and yet within easy walking distance from restaurants and whales viewing points. All staff members are welcoming and friendly. Our room was spacious and well equiped, and just 5 steps away from the pool. The decor is decent and neutral, but not very unique or inspired. Breakfast is very good. Not the cheapest place to stay, but then it is Hermanus. Would definitely recommend it.

A good choice for Hermanus, just a little way from the centre, but easily walkable. Great views over the cliffs to the sea. Absolutely excellent breakfasts, but no other food. Charming and very helpful staff. Excellent room in garden block with no views, but a small pool which was little used. Secure on site allocated parking.

This was on the whole a very nice place to stay, however the fridge was noisily regenerating throughout the night on an hourly basis so interrupted sleep
