I had a great stay. Hotel was clean and beautiful. Elevators a little hot, but great staff and conveniently located near Walmart, Kroger, clothing and shoe stores.

I was grateful to the property staff for their kindness and assistance, I phoned from the airport when I arrived early and asked for assistance because I had fallen on the stairs at the airport and injured my ankle. They sent the shuttle driver right over, and helped me checked in early so I could get to my room and get off my foot. They gave me what I needed to ice the ankle and in general were just helpful. The property was very clean and well kept! I will absolutely stay here again next time I am in town. Thank you to the staff for all you do!

Convenient and comfortable, with great beds and excellent linens. My only complaint is that the food on offer is all junk food (hello, America!). Some healthier options would be welcome, especially after a long day and delayed flights that force one to spend the night in an airport hotel rather than going home.

My recent stay at Holiday Inn was truly pleasant, and my family greatly appreciated the hospitality and excellent service. The property is clearly well-maintained, which immediately made for a welcoming atmosphere. I found the bed in Room 222 exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The shower pressure and temperature were perfect – wonderfully hot and relaxing. A particular highlight, especially for a Houston visit, was the air conditioning system. When the fan was set to "On," the room became incredibly cool, reaching 52 degrees Fahrenheit even with the thermostat at 75. While this is a fantastic feature for combating the Houston heat, I did find myself quite cold at night due to its powerful cooling. The breakfast was also a definite plus; the eggs with rosemary seasoning were particularly tasty. While the omelet on the following day needed a little adjusting, it didn't detract from an otherwise enjoyable meal. My only minor suggestion for improvement would be the condition of the walls, as there were some black markings that could use attention. Overall, the positive aspects of my stay far outweighed any minor issues, and I would gladly choose Holiday Inn again.

This is the best hotel near IAH. It is near the airport and there's a free shuttle. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were standard, but clean. The gem of this hotel is the restaurant and bar. The food was much better than expected.
