Very lux hotel with good location and services.

Very clean and comfortable room. A varied, complete breakfast and especially the service provided by Mr. staff Yi is very satisfying. The disadvantage is only for staff who are reluctant, rude and faces who are forced to cook / provide noodle warnings for their guests. As if we as guests ask for a free breakfast there. The hotel provides a free suttle bus commute to the macau ferry terminal. The rest of this hotel is a plus for family vacations far from the center of the crowd. In the future maybe I will stay back here.

Nice room, good view, clean but far from the town

We reserved the rooms with one double bed. Apparently only one room was available. Then the reception upgraded another room with suite room which was quite big with large living room. Location was quite good. They have free shuttle from and to Ferry Outer terminal (please take not that no shuttle available from and to Taipa terminal). When you buy the ferry tickets make sure to inform them the destination terminal otherwise they will just randomly choose one. Overall we had great stay. Thank you.

I was not surprised with the hospitality of Crowne. It was an amazing experience, good stay, clean room and nice indoor swimming pool. Though it is a bit far from attractive places in Macau.

It was great for hotel in macau the view and the room is clean and big space. The staff in reception very nice and I get free upgrade to suite room so luxurious room and clean room.
