Was excellent…only knock was that could be noisy at night as people walking around drunk at all hours

Property was clean, quiet and was in a really nice area. Hotel staff were really nice and helpful! Hotel room was exceptional!

I cannot recommend this particular Suites Murillo location due to the inconveniences during our 2 night stay. The suite itself is great, and the location is quite central to popular attractions. There is no receptionist at this location which was explained in an email days prior to check in. This is not a problem if you don’t have issues. While my partner and I split to do separate activities the second day, my room card could no longer open the hotel entry. The other Suite Murillo locations are in walking distance so while inconvenient, I get the card reset and the card subsequently works. The second night we bring both room keys just in case one is faulty, and when we come back to rest for the night we find out that both cards no longer work. Rather than spend time walking this time we call reception through the dial pad and wait for a worker to bring new keys. The estimated time to wait was longer than what the receptionist said, longer to the point where I end up walking to the other location to attempt to get new cards myself (he refused, saying that his colleague was already en route). When coming back I also noticed another hotel guest’s card not work at the front door, so this may be an issue with the card reader itself. All in all while I think the Suite Murillo rooms are good, save yourself potential headaches and just stay at one of the other locations. They are super close to each other compared to the cathedral location.

Well located, clean, contained all necessary items, easy to access, quiet.

The suite was immaculate and large. The free minibar was a great amenity. My only 2 comments were that it was hard to find the checkin hotel and where I was staying is not the same place. Luckily the bellboy carried my bag for me while I carried the other one as we went to the other location. The only other issue is the fact that the air conditioner blows so cold and so hard right on top of the bed that I got sick the first and only night I used it lol. Otherwise, I would absolutely stay here again.

The Suite itself is 5 star The Hotel Murillo is 5 star But as mentioned by others, the suites Cathedral are a walk from te Hotel were you check in. It is not fun to drag suitcases along crowded cobblestone streets. Check the location you book. The Hotel Murillo itself is perfect and the staff are wonderful. But be aware about the Suites Cathedral versus the Hotel versus their other Suites location.

Driving there & Parking was a nightmare. The staff was excellent!

It is a good hotel providing nice stay for travelers. If anything can improve, the room temperature adjustment set to lowest to16 c when weather got warm seemed an issue plus the fan was not run as good as expected. Otherwise all is good and we had a good time in the city.

There was no hot water in shower. Check-in was very difficult bec you had to go to different property, which is 10 mins away to get your keys and check in the property. It is very inconvenient with the luggage to drag along street.

The suite is as amazing and comfortable! Felt right at home! Maria was spectacular her customer service was superb. She gave us great restaurant recommendations and booked a flamenco show for us and the day of the check out it started raining and she even called to see if we would like a taxi to come to the door. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Very clean property and our room was very spacious, we were in room 6. Close to everything.

I liked size of room and size of bed.

The location of the hotel is great. The only problem is that there’s no reception desk at the hotel so you have to pick up your keys somewhere else, which is not a walkable distance. The hotel phone doesn’t work so you can’t communicate very easy with the front desk. Overall, the place is great.

Smells like sewage in the room. A/c control is by the hotel, wife and I got sick. I have bug bites all over my legs.

By far my favorite hotel stay ever, the room had so much character. Large suite with charm in every detail, will def go back to this hotel in Sevilla!
