Broken door around hinges, door lock mostly broke on main door. Zip tie on toilet seat rather than replacing a toilet seat. Fleas in room that bit and attached to clothes

Had to barricade my door with a chair and my luggage to feel somewhat safer to take a shower

The tv was very old. The curtains had holes in them. The bathroom was horrible. It would take up too much space to describe the shape of the bathroom.

1 working lamp in room, light switch did not work, 1 pillow but was only an accent pillow, back door did not lock, room smelled like cigarettes.

Good service, not the cleanest room, (but not horrible) appeared to be bug free. The fridge and microwave were nice to have. Great water pressure in the shower. Good value.

Heat didn't work in the room, and when I told the desk, he proceeded to show me how the unit worked for heat....like I'm stupid. I never asked for my money back, just wanted to let them be aware the heat didn't work, but after he talked down to me, I should have asked to be refunded.

The staff was great, the property around the hotel was pretty run down as was the hotel, the room was surprisingly clean tho. It served it's purpose

We were sleeping when the room next to us checked in at Midnight. They had the tv on so loud it woke us up. They also continued to open and shut doors as well as talk till 3am. The hotel was empty so I am not sure why they put them next door to us. The rooms are old, but clean. The staff (Sunny) was very friendly, Wouldn't stay there again. Also they advertised an indoor heated pool. The pool was empty.

The room was ice cold, in the 50's. The bedding linens were dirty with makeup smears. The floor had visible soil and dirt. Disgusting.

What a dirty hole, suprised it didnt have bed bugs, yuk, pass on this dive!

Parking spaces had 6" of snow in them. People making noise in the room next to me and in the lobby at 2AM and after.

Overall it was great in a snow storm. You can tell the hotel was being updated. Plumbing wasn’t the greatest but it did its job. Hallways smelled like marijuana even though it was advertised that it was a smoke free facility. Breakfast was horrible but still had food, you could either have your choice of cereal or bread. Staff was very friendly and even helped shovel out my car in several inches of snow.

Stayed one night while on the road. Good price and location...It was a clean, quiet , basic room. No complaints...
