We were at the hotel Jan 10-12 2025 and we found a roach in our room when my wife went into the bathroom a roach was running on our personal items. We took pictures of this. It really made it hard to sleep afterwards.

Overall pleasant experience. Staff was professional and helpful. Enjoyed the quiet more than anything.

Best property I’ve been too

The food at the bistro was delicious but the service was slow and they were out of stock on beers and vodka. Our room was nice but the AC didn’t work and we were uncomfortable overnight with the temp in the room.

The stay was great. We realized after we checked out that we had left an item in the room. We were at the commanders game and decided we would go back after we called and the front desk confirmed they found the item. When we went back the person at the front desk said the items were not passed down to him. We waited 45 minutes for him to call the person who worked previous shift, text them and walk around the lobby looking for the items. The items were in the desk he was standing at when I walked in. This was unprofessional. My wife was waiting in the car and she was irritated. We had a long drive going back home and we lost about 45 minutes waiting to recieve items that were in the desk. Please update your lost and found procedures or create a set place to obtain them.

Not allowed to use your Marriott account to gather any points if you use Travelocity. Not sure why in the United States but it’s not allowed if you set up a reservation so I don’t get any points for this evening. However, the lady that checked us in was spectacular

I did not end up staying at this property & was charged in full when I called to cancel my reservation within the time frame for a full refund. The lady that was helping me on the phone was extremely rude and I ended up canceling due to her attitude

Our mattress cover had a stain on we weren't sure what it was but the hotel took care of it rite a way and offered us complimentary breakfast wich eas excellent pool and gym was a plus

Horrible, Racist girl at the front desk

Amazing staff

There was a dead fly on my bathroom counter. The sheets were worn, dusty and not clean on one side of the bed and it was only one wash cloth. This is my 2nd time staying here and I understand at times things can go missed. BUT this was totally unacceptable. I won’t be staying again. A $250 security deposit is ridiculous.
