The stay was great. We realized after we checked out that we had left an item in the room. We were at the commanders game and decided we would go back after we called and the front desk confirmed they found the item. When we went back the person at the front desk said the items were not passed down to him. We waited 45 minutes for him to call the person who worked previous shift, text them and walk around the lobby looking for the items.
The items were in the desk he was standing at when I walked in. This was unprofessional. My wife was waiting in the car and she was irritated. We had a long drive going back home and we lost about 45 minutes waiting to recieve items that were in the desk. Please update your lost and found procedures or create a set place to obtain them.
