Room was still dirty as in not vacuumed or floors washed or countertops unclean after finding long black hair in carpet multiple times on the tile floor and on top of the countertops. I accumulated what I found n left it with reception upon departure most uncomfortable stay I’ve ever experienced for a luxury spa for adults only Not acceptable!!AT ALL

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. The hotel has a great atmosphere and a welcoming vibe that immediately puts you at ease. Our room was incredibly spacious and meticulously clean. We were delighted to find that it offered a beautiful view of the lake, providing a serene backdrop for our morning coffee. The quiet and tranquil environment was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. A highlight of the room was definitely the bathroom, complete with a lovely jacuzzi tub – perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The breakfast was a fantastic buffet with a wide variety of excellent options to choose from, catering to all tastes. The hotel's pool and spa facilities were also top-notch; clean, well-maintained, and a great place to relax. We appreciated the convenience of the free parking. Overall, a wonderful experience of peace and quiet. We can't wait to return!

Very nice place to stay.

The hotel is located on a busy street, so every time you get to the beach, you have to cross a six-lane road. Breakfast was good, but we ate the same thing for five days. There wasn't much variety, and the ladies kept taking their plates right out of their faces after putting down their cutlery. Unfortunately, our room was infested with ants, and we have photos to prove it.

Very good and clean l. Good bed and loved the locations. Good breakfast and staff was goof. Easy parking and close to bus stop and have walkable places near by too..

Property overall ok. The receptionist however was totally unprofessional, rude, and nonchalant.

The hotel is a bit isolated without beach access. No exterior pool but cozy inside one. Rooms silent even overlooking the road, ample room and bath. Nicely decorated. Comfort can improve if they feel the gap of two twin beds together.

Second time to go at this hotel in 4 months ,ast the 1st time , nothing to complain about , very friendly and helpfull staff , very clean and very nice facilities. 10+++

Clean modern room, comfortable bed, but I wasnt wowed. Biggest con was not having control of room temperature. This is locked for the season so no AC despite some warmer days that made the room a bit stuffy. Location is great between lake and sea!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Very tasty breakfast with good choice, free spa and parking, big, clean and comfortable room, helpful staff. I have something to compare with, especially considering the good price for accommodation.

Great place!

The sauna/spa was very nice, small and cozy, if you are a person that loves privacy and not much crowd this is the best season for you to visit late September. I loved the property inside out. Everything looks new and welcoming, the lake view rooms are very relaxing to watch the sunset, better get the room with the balcony. I could definitely visit again.

Wonderful overall stay. Convenient onsite parking, great large room, cleanliness in all the hotel & last but not least the quality of the restaurant and choice variety at the breakfast buffet. The hotel staff was kind and all Covid-19 regulations were in place and adhered to.

Very nice hotel, it's very well kept, looks as new, rooms are comfortable with plenty of equipement, loved the private jacuzzi it's a very nice feature in these pandemic times. Plenty of room for parking behind the hotel (but I came in during off season, I don't know how it is in the summer) and a dedicated door in the back which is very nice, allowing you to enter/exit without

Pros: - Nice, clean, large room - Great bathroom - Good in-room food service time Cons: - main problem - very unpleasant! - air conditioning was centrally controlled and although we tried repeatedly to stop it (even by taking out the card controlling all power in the room), it always turned on after a while; during the night it was almost impossible to sleep well (due to the continuous cold draught coming from the air-con) - lake view room had a not-so nice view (instead of the lake we mainly saw a building under construction)
