Awesome stay!

The staff was courteous and the hotel in excellent condition. This the second time i have visited this establishment

A very confused rule about the cleaning of the room. Several days with no towels in the room.

Good location just outside of Orlando

Your property was very nice, my family really enjoyed the amenities and the rooms were very nice. The Flamingo Bar was excellent, the food and drinks really exceeded my expectations.

So nice and the rooms were superb!! Best place ever!

Great hotel, love the $10 parking as opposed to the $20 parking at the nearby hotels, good distance from Disney, breakfast was okay BUT the waffles are really good.

Breakfast needs to have more variety but overall it was a comfortable stay

Excellent service and very polite

Stayed for three nights. Great Disney shuttle. Easy to use. Across from target (walking distance) Room was clean and had what we needed. They only clean every other day and when they clean they don’t replace towels and you need to go to the front desk. Downside: breakfast is awful. Busy with school trips for spring break. Did I mention horrible breakfast. Also if you plan to buy Disney tickets don’t bother talking to concierge, they were not helpful and it was cheaper to buy at the gate than they quoted. And concierge gave no positive information. Was not helpful at all. Eat breakfast across the street but they like to take your picture. That was weird. Guess it’s a part of Disney they all want your picture for some reason to see where you go and where you stay. Some people just want to eat and be left alone and take photos on their own.

Did not feel that we should be charged for parking

New and clean. Close to Disney. Parking can be an issue.

We had a wonderful stay at Spring Hill Suites Flamingo. There is a free shuttle service to the theme parks twice a day. There is target around the corner where u can walk and get anything if u forgot or need. So many food options around the hotel. Although they have Flamingo bar and grill right inside the hotel with a pool view. The food their is delicious. Breakfast is free every morning. Can't expect anything more, they took care of us very well. Got discounted tickets from the concierge right in the hotel. Would love to visit and stay again with Spring Hill Suites for sure. Staff was awesome and took care of all our needs. Rooms get cleaned every other day which is cool, not all hotels do it these days. I would give it 10/10.

Clean comfy room across the street from target, ups, pharmacy, and dining. Great pool and on-site restaurant with good food and drinks. Good on-site ice cream machine. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Loved the location and value

A bit of confusion at check in, but all sorted quickly and property was nice.

We made a reservation here because it said it was fully renovated. Upon arrival, the front desk told us that our reservation was moved to their sister hotel next door, Towne Suites. But they assured us everything is the same. When we entered the Towne Suites, nothing was renovated about it, it was old, smelled bad, and was not the same experience we were promised when we reserved. The rooms had old furniture and looked run down. We didn't complain because our kids were exhausted and asleep and wasn't going to move everything again. This was disgraceful and not okay. If we make a reservation at a hotel, we expect it to be fulfilled, not moved to their older. Rundown, "sister" hotel. This should be illegal.
