One of the staff members was not friendly at all. Bathroom smells unpleasant.

Clean, easy to get to anywhere, friendly staff, comfortable.

Hotel has very poor soundproofing, plus other guests were very inconsiderate at banging the door in the middle of the night.

It 's just okay for me. The location is good. Ample car park in front of the hotel, got an elevator and mini shop.

during booking, there are optional for non smoking room. than I choose for smoking room. but during check in, I just informed that ALL the room is Non Smoking room.

Everything okay, good Sink blocked. Suggestion: A hose pipe in the toilet.

The room that I booked are not suitable for family. No space to perform solat. Therefore they provide solat room on the same floor (not sure if its on every floor). The hotel, the room is clean. The restaurant ayam penyet ria is just downstairs, mamak for breakfast is just opposite and restaurant muara for dinner is behind the mamak’s row.

Very strategic location with plenty of open space parkings. In close proximity with most of top shopping malls in Miri. Recommended.

Had a pleasant stay here. Receptionist is very helpful they let us keep our stuff there until 4pm. Easy to find grab and the room is clean. Nothing to complain

It was great staying here; only that we had some problems on how to change the degree of the air-conditioning because it is too cold. But it was great. So, it is better ask next time on how to change the degree on the air-conditioning. The rooms is clean and comfortable. I love it. Thank you!
