Staff was very accommodating & pleasant. Room was very clean. Beds comfortable. I did have a lot of unplugged wiring in my room & lights by bed were burned out. Except for those items, my stay was great.

Well stay, good for business trip

I’ve stayed here many times and it has been great because of the staff. Now they’ve renovated, the rooms are better and more inviting. The location is ideal and I always enjoy my stay at Amado!

The room wasn’t like what they explained in web, slightly under average standard room. Some weird smell and we don’t feel the cleanliness overall.

Hotel is in a great location and they recently renovated so it looks quite nice. The staff are super friendly and helpful at Amado.

The interior of the room was ok but the shower was in need if refreshing. The bed was comfortable and tv large enough for the room with cnn in English as well. Breakfast was a good variety if quality items and not crowded at 7 am.

A good choice for a business trip.

A basic hotel in a good location approximately 10 minute walk from railway station and close to the shops. The room had recently been updated and the beds were comfortable but the corridors were dated and dingy. There were saunas available for the guests but we didnt try them. Breakfast was plentiful.

Was very disappointed with the hotels cleanliness, only 5 parking spots for the hotel, breakfast was ok but nothing to write home about. Need to update their pictures so people really know what it looks like. Beds very uncomfortable. Didn't dare use the sauna,

it was cozy and tidy. location was great as it's only 5-minute walk from city centre. worth the price

Quick stop in Pori on our way up North, Hotel Amado let us check in late and had a good breakfast buffet to power us up for the rest of the trip. We can't speak much for the neighborhood or hotel services, but it worked well for what we needed.

The checking was the worst I have experienced in maybe 10 years. The lack of correct information and absence from answering the phone (Hotel or Securitas), the message "ALL LINES ARE BUSY" For at least 20 minutes or more. Luckily I come to speak with another guest that knew that this hotel has two buildings, one across the park, there it turned out my room was located. I wouldn't have found it alone. When I finally got through and someone picked up in the other end I could get the information about breakfast. Talking to the hotel afterwards didn't get anything in return. Usually yoi get a free night or something when the hotel fail with something. Very poor service!
