The communications were clear and prompt. We were picked up from the bus station despite arriving at Hakuba around 10.30pm. The property is also equipped with amenities that one can reasonably expect.

The best part of the property is on the second floor. It has a huge living area, dining table for 6 and a well equiped kitchen. There are large windows on all sides of the property which provides for great view of the surrounding.

Manager was great and helped us get around. Saw heaps of snow monkeys from our house. house was superb and fully decked out.

Close to ski resort, room cleanliness and facilities are very good. A recommendable villa especially for family or a group of people.
