Very friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff, my room was available earlier than official check-in time at no additional cost. Room was spacious and bright, bed very comfortable with high quality linen. Located in a nice area with a pedestrian zone and many restaurants.

The room and the view were gorgeous, and overall it is still a fairly new place. The public areas a pretty basic and the breakfast buffet was a bit of letdown considering the price, very basic.

Great breakfast selections

Lovely new hotel. Very clean and very kind helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast! Lots of free parking. About 30 mins walk or 10 mins on a bike to the city centre.

Perfect accommodation for business travel, generous size room with all the essential amenities and a perfect breakfast included in the room rate. Unfortunately the fitness suite was closed due to covid restrictions, but the sauna, which overlooks the riverside, was available and was exceptionally good value and most highly recommended. The surrounding fish market area has plenty of good seafood bars and restaurants. I would definitely book this hotel again if staying in Bremerhaven.

Good business hotel, good breakfast, easy parking

A comfortable stay. The COVID protections were very good especially in the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was a high standard.

I always stay here when i come to bremerhaven and get the same great service each time.

Kind staff members greeting even very late check-in around midnight. But I have to park my car on the street because there was not enough space for parking at the hotel facility.

Cozy place with nice views, clean and in a good condition. Also very quite.

Nice comfortable stay

Right on the water! Very nice area ! You have AC but does not work well enough. Had to open window the European way but rain caused us to shut. Staff was very attentive & excellent hot buffet included in the price with local favorites.

Excellent and well run Hotel -rooms facing water i.e. small port are outstanding. Breakfast, included in the rate, is excellent too.

This hotel was great, we got in very late, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was great. The only littlle thing was the TV was 99 percent in German. But that is to be expected when you are in Germany.

Breakfast is awesome, location has fun things to do.
