Great room and pool area. Costco at front desk was super friendly and helpful.

I stayed a couple of nights in this nicely maintained and well managed hotel that is about a 15 minute drive to central Lagos. My room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed, efficient air conditioning, safety deposit box and mini fridge. There was plenty of closet space and a cosy backyard patio facing towards a nicely landscaped garden and swimming pool area. The bathroom was well equipped with a hair dryer and soap dispenser. The water pressure was excellent with copious amounts of hot water available. The hotel staff were professional, courteous and spoke English. There was ample free parking available for my rent a car. I would definitely stay here again when in the Lagos region.

The room was clean, the bar excellent, nice pool. No kettle in room but when we asked we were given one. Something else that bothers me is that when I booked my booking confirms that we would have a balcony but we did not, so check that when you book.

Excellent facilities, fair pricing, and a great environment. Very convenient to go anywhere. The reception team is also wonderful, really good customer service.

A lovely hotel outside the city center of Luz, its rooms are large and comfortable, with balcony access around a massive outdoor pool. The staff are beyond excellent. Oh - and the water pressure is divine, along with a ceiling mounted “rain shower”. The location helps with the noise at nights though it makes dinner a bit difficult. The bar is closed on Mondays so you’ll have to walk into town, and rooms lack kettles/coffee marker and even cups, so you’re not going to make anything to eat in the room. All in all, great service and rooms, but a few more amenities per room would help out the stream of hikers from the Trail.

Room clean just very outdated, was given 4 keys to unlock doors, one for front entrance door, if arriving back to hotel and nobody's there, an old style skeleton key for room door, another key for patiodoor, and a key for safe, was interesting to say the least. Staff are very friendly speak English and make you feel welcomed, also will give you help on where to go and how to get there. Area a little far from anything within a normal walking distance. Having a vehicle is definitely recommended even to just get to beach. Was very quiet my 5 day stay. But definitely wouldn't want to stay in that area again, as it gets very boring. 15 minutes car ride to busier parts. Had mini fridge and air-conditioned/ heat, room was very large. Parking was easily available. Also easy to get to room fast.

Everything was fine

Room was clean and spacious, staff was wonderful. Very few electrical outlets in room was really only issue. Relaxing vibe, would recommend renting a car from Luzcar in Lagos so you can freely roam around the algarve.

Lovely helpful staff, large super clean room & bathroom, free car park. Nice bar/cafe onsite. We had late flight and there was a shower and toilet near the pool to change in. Excellent service highly recommend great value for money.

Super friendly and helpful staff. The property is nice even it is a bit outdated. The downside is that the property is located on the top of the hill and dining options are limited nearby, one has to walk about 15 min downhill to the town center or the beach. However, there are plenty of excellent dining options in a 10 min driving distance. Overall, we liked staying there for the price.

Excellent stay, nice facility with very helpful and friendly staff. Great value for money

Only a few units are accomodations. The majority are private condos. On site little bar and hot b'fast & lunch/snacks served. Nice pool, quiet and not as hectic as Lagos.

Great customer service is excellent facilities clean

The staff was wonderful. Gave us good tips about the area. The lower level parking should have a sign at the entrance stating “enter in this direction” so it can be a straight in to parking.

Le plancher de la chambre n'était pas propre (cheveux, poils, insectes morts). Dans la baignoire quelques fourmis de mortes. La literie complète (draps et serviettes) étaient très propres.

Enjoyed the Pool and air conditioning. Bar and staff were amazing Key to the rooms - skeleton key was kinda wonky. Currently construction happening in front of the pool and view to the ocean. ( new building ), so a little noise right now. Cheers Peter

Amazing location! Friendly and helpful staff! Property may be outdated a bit but adds unique charm to it!! Absolutely loved our visit! Will definitely come again in the future!

The man on the front desk was great. Room was a good size. But hotel really needs to be remodeled. But for the money was ok.

This hotel was out of town, which I didn't realize. Inconvenient to get to since I didn't have transportation and the walk to get there was on a very busy road. Room itself was musty. When I got into bed, the bedding felt damp. Just wanted to leave.
