It's far and the map is not accurate because there are 2 branches. The map bounces to the branch in the city. The staff knows but doesn't fix it.

The hotel is not in the city center of Bangkok, but you can still reach it using public transport by walking within a few minutes to the bus shelter, or you can reach the city center and many more places by BTS services. But for BTS, you need to walk around 15 minutes to bts station Sana Nikhom. It serves Sukhumvit Line, so you can reach Chatuchak Park and Weekend Market, Green Vintage Market, Victory Monument, and many more places such as Ratchathewi, Asok, Sukhumvit, etc., within minutes. The hotel is surrounded by Thai authentic food stalls, restaurants, convenience stores (Big C and Seven Eleven), and some 24-hour self-service laundry. So, I think it's a good choice if you want to stay in Bangkok.

Convenient, easy to get in and out, the bedroom is not too small or big, the food tastes good, simple but good.

Price, quality of accommodation and location are very good. Near food sources, both morning, noon and evening.

Cheap price but good. Cold AC.

There is no table for children to sit on... There is no bed in the bedroom for small children to sleep on.

The sheets were very dirty, the toilet paper was dirty so it couldn't be used at all.

Far from ekkamai, far from pratunam. But only 15 minutes to chak tu chak. There is a hairdryer, fragrant shampoo soap, there is a drinking water heater, the breakfast menu is not varied. Very close to 7eleven and laundry.

I have been a customer here for a long time and like it because of the location and the comfortable bed. This time I stayed for 6 nights, but this time I came back to stay here and the room was quite run down. I would like it to be improved. Some of the front desk staff have grumpy faces, but I don't mind it, I'm used to it. But the staff in the breakfast room should improve a bit. Smile a little more. They only have grumpy faces. When asked, they answer curtly. When foreign guests ask something, they pretend not to hear and walk away. When I see it, I feel embarrassed for the hotel. In fact, they should improve the manners of the staff a bit more and it would be okay.
