Hotel rooms are quite dated though lobby was very modern (primarily to cater weddings and banquets). Location was at least 15 mins walk from Nagoya station though they have periodic shuttle bus service. Room. Service staff was OK, polite as you would expect from any typical japanese staff.

There is a shuttle bus to the station, there are shops in the area nearby, friendly and polite. We come all 4. 3 adults 1 child by booking 3 adults. And they care very much by asking if it's okay. And we were given additional slippers and cute children's toothbrushes.
