Location is quite zone

Nice and quite place, close by to everything.

Disappointed with high cost, and nonfunctional toilet

Very Good experience. Clean, helpful, hot tub was great, breakfast was more than enough and kept stocked! A++++

Staff super friendly, rooms very clean

clean rooms, friendly staff and a decent breakfast

the room door (room 100) would not stay latched unless you used the deadbolt so when we left and came back twice, our door to the room was open. Parking was a small parking lot so we came back early in the evening hoping there would still be a spot open.

Quick trip and stay at the hotel after a full day of soaking in the springs . Easy and simple check-in .

Nice clean rooms with a great buffet breakfast.

We were excited to soak in the hot tub on a cool evening in the mountains, part of the reason why we booked this hotel. We found that the thermostat was locked on 98 degrees, so our warm soak was disappointing, more like sitting in old bath water:(

Great place for a quick stay

This was a nice property. In walking distance to everything. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was one of the best we had during our stay, lots of options (including healthier ones). I would definitely recommend.

The staff was all very nice. Better continental breakfast than I expected! Nice place.

We entered Ouray from The Million Dollar Highway in the dark while snowing and foggy. The scenery is the highlight of the stay. The staff is friendly Morgan and Luke at the front desk were warm and welcoming. It was clean. I requested extra towels Ana they delivered! I was comfortable and spent so much time hiking, visiting galleries, shopping and eating and awestruck by beauty that I fell fast asleep as soon and my heat hit the pillow. I’ll be back!
