Staff are willing to go out of their way to make every stay perfect

Upscale hotel in a great location for business, or if you are driving. Attentive staff. Good breakfast. Bedroom was comfortable. There are many food options a short walk from the hotel.

The bed was very comfortable

I liked that this property was safe, comfortable and convenient. This was my second time staying at this location and I would stay again if in the area.

Great hotel located in an area with a shopping mall. Not super easy to get to local food options but a grocery store and some chains nearby. Parking was right in front of the hotel and there was a security guard. Hotel was very clean and staff friendly. Also pet friendly with a good gym!

This property and rooms are in poor condition and not at all on par with comparable rates and rooms in the area or the brand in general.

The Hotel is good, clean and great employees, but our last nite there (we booked for 7 nights), other guests were doing crack/meth around 2/3 am!! horrible smell,people shouting and slamming doors! we never wanted any problem or cause a stir about it but this time it was a bad experience. We already stayed there 2 more times and we liked the place! but with this incident… we will think twice before staying there again.

Very good service.

The service staff is excellent and very friendly (waitresses, cooks) but the reception staff, horrible treatment of guests, they do not give any information, they do not pay attention to you, I think I will not stay there again.

Interior and flooring can get improved. Flooring outside room I mean. Otherwise, services and breakfast was the best .
