Hi! There were hair in our bed, the blinds were broken which gave us no privacy and outdoor light was coming in. No sink soap was available, the toilet paper older was broken, the air conditioning was noisy and pushing air stright in my face while I was sleeping. I had to shut it down therefore the room came to be quite hot. The hotel address led us at a golf store at 11h45 am. The staff was nice and were also aware of the wrong location, they kindly gave us proper directions. Furthermore, I paid twice the amount, identified on their website ($150), for the same room. I do not recommend and would rather sleep in my car next time. Regards, Chris

It was just for one night. The room was clean, the mattress comfy, breakfast was good. I enjoyed my short stay .

It was reasonable for the price. Freindly staff

Towels are so thin than it is difficult to get dry. Soap is half the size of typical hotel soaps & no body wash. Night lock is missing & I was assured it was ok without! Missing toilet paper holder reported & never replaced. Both bed lamps are controlled by 1 switch. Toeels avaiable but rooms only cleaned every 3 days

The room had a strong smell of smoke that seemed baked into the walls and paint. The beds were uncomfortable, and the so-called “breakfast” was practically non-existent. Overall, I do not recommend staying here.

I paid for a double room.but they had none. They mentioned that i will be reimbursed but still nothing

the first room they gave me was a smoking room, quality of the room was very poor. i have not been in a hotel like this before. i was very disappointed. But the lady at the front desk changed my room and it was way better, but still not what i expected. unfortunately, i dont think i will go back. I am usually a Hilton client and decided to test this one for the price and the location.

old building.Room below ground. No-one answered phone all day. Old air conditioner very noisy, bathroom toilet ran all night. Antiquated tv service. Hard bed. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful and the basic breakfast was good. Wouldn't stay again.

All went well, only deceiving note would the bed linen could on been of better quality

Our reservation was changed from a room with two queen beds to a room with one queen bed and they offered a cot for no charge. we were out to a concert ride back late. There was no car in the room, but my personal pillow that I brought from home was gone when I asked at the desk about the cot and my pillow they said oh we brought a cot, but then then someone else needed it so it seemed to me they went into the room, took the cop back out, but then took my pillow which I did not get back. They did upgrade us to a different room, but it seems strange that they would put a cot in then come in and take it out.

The first room they gave us upon check-in was dirty (we arrived a little after check in time, not early, so it should have been done already). The next room they tried to give us an exterior door when the original room was interior. As a woman, I simply cannot have an exterior door it is so unsafe. They gave us an « upgrade » to an interior door king bed (we booked queen) as they did not have any more queen rooms with interior doors. The room was « clean » but was still dirty. Debris on the floor, ants infesting the carpet floor, the AC did not work and upon further inspection had mold inside the vents, so I am glad we did not turn it on. The bathroom sink had a brown spot of dirt by the tap, I can only imagine what that was…gross. My fiancé looked under the couch cushions and there were multiple huge stains, dirt, and a used WOMENS THONG. Like a literal pair of dirty underwear YUCK. Everything felt dirty. We had to suck it up as we just drove almost 10 hours and it was too last minute for anything else and had to pay full price for that dump. I would not recommend. And it disguises itself as a hotel when it is a motel, I hate motels normally but this one was just gross. I figured by the pictures and the fact that it was a Ramada (a chain hotel) that it would be decent! I was unfortunately mistaken.

Hotel was very clean, rooms were nice and modern. Aside from a slow check in we had zero complaints. Great for a one night crash pad.

Unable to attach shower head to wall. Very small and limited shower towels. Breakfast food did not seem fresh (hard pancakes) lobby coffee machine spills every time. bathroom smells weird all the time. extremely thin bedding. Also got woken up at 7am by the very loud alarm clock in the room directly next to ours. Would not stop for at least 15 minutes.

A l'hôtel, la réceptionniste n'a pas trouvé ma réservation, elle m'a dit qu'étant donné que j'ai réservé il y a plusieurs mois et qu'il y a eu changement de bannière que c'était pour ça que ma réservation n'apparaissait pas, donc elle m'a donné une suite étant donné qu'elle n'avait plus de chambre de disponible, c'était très bien mais sur ma carte de crédit, j'ai eu 3 fois la charge sur ma carte, j'ai appelé la réception chez Ramada, elle a trouvé où était l'erreur et m'a remboursé. L'erreur était qu'elle n'a pas fait correctement sa recherche dans le système et que j'avais effectivement une réservation à mon nom, c'est pourquoi les charges additionnelles.

The rooms in the new building are very spacious. The continental breakfast is sufficient. The property advertises that rooms are sound proof, absolutely not, we overheard a couple way down the hall having an intimate moment. The cleaning staff and the staff refilling breakfast were very kind, same with the staff at front desk. Overall we were satisfied.
