Best hotel service and budget-friendly prices

The staffs were okay, nice, and friendly.

Not enough facilities. No hot kettle. Shared iron downstairs. Inconvenient. Can't heat RTE food because hot water is provided but not hot. Inconvenient to have to go downstairs. Sri Lankan foreign workers. Staying in Malaysia. But there are no Malaysians. I don't like coming to a hotel like this. The room smells of Hinduism and prayer. The smell is not comfortable. The front desk doesn't know how to speak Malay. They speak English. Bored like staying overseas. From 1-5 I only give 3 stars for the whole thing.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff are also friendly... Next time I go to Malaysia, I will come to this hotel again.

It was a bad experience for me and my whole family... I was traumatized by the tragedy that I had to deal with...next time please find another person who could be and give much better service as a receptionist....or just find other hotels...

Room light was very bright and really hurt my eye. Towel looked dirty and not fluffy. No mug and kettle at first. But wifi is very good.

Kota Damansara business hotel is nice. room clean and good. the staff very nice and friendly with customer. and the hotel very safe because the staff always 24 hours on the entry of gate. I will back again in my next holiday.
