Great stay

温泉はとてもよかった。 スタッフの対応も親切だった。 部屋は広く綺麗で静かに過ごせたが、ただ部屋の風呂場の換気扇に埃が溜まってたのがとても残念だった。気になったのはそれだけ。

The staff were nice and spoke enough English to work through the check-in/out process.

宿泊だけの利用です。近隣には何もなく、ホテル内のレストランと自販機だけです。事前に知って準備していれば、また、レストランの味は良いほうです。複数での滞在は落ち着けると思います。

I thought the shampoo was novel. The salmon at the breakfast buffet was very good.

Onsen is big and out-side onsen was good.

周りに何も無いロケーションでゆっくり温泉にも浸かれて癒されます。温泉は色々あり良かったですね。少し散策とか時間をつぶせる何かがあるといいかな。うさぎの支配人ヒロコちゃんも良い仕事してます。

鍵がひとつしかないため人が部屋に残ってお風呂に行って戻っても自分で空けられない、チャイムなどもなく不便だった。別のホテルでは人数分のカードキーがあった。

Very poor value for money. The price is much too high for a hotel from the 1970s showing its age. The food was tasteless and restaurant service quite poor. We ate better food at the highway service area on the way. Hot spring bath good.

Nice hotel, clean and tidy.

Hotel is nice but It’s difficult to walk from the bus stop to the hotel.

Merits The view is wonderful. They have extra pillows, blankets and humidifier on a shelf for guests to borrow 24-7. The drink bar have salty soup except from coffee. The staff at front desk was nice. They helped me to call a taxi to pick up my friend from the airport. The breakfast was nice too. The television turns on with the lights every time you plug in the key card so it won’t be too silent in the room. The sofa was so big I could sleep on it and roll without falling Demerits It was a pretty long way to walk if you go by bus. It was winter time and I froze while walking there. No lights on the way and no sidewalk that I had to turn on my torch so I won’t get hit by a car. Found a piece of trash and a pile of dust at the night table. Water mark over taps.

Like: hot spring, clean. Dislike: take about 5min from airport and only by taxi.

Great hotel. Taxi ride to airport was 700yen combined which was easy to organise.

It's a very clean hotel located near (10 minutes drive) from the Hiroshima airport, but you'll need to take a cab to get to the airport if you have an early morning flight (~$15, which isn't much for Japanese taxi rides). It's clean, not a lot of English spoken, but the rooms are a pretty good size for a Japanese hotel (more like American size - my room had a full size bed and a sitting space). Since I was only there overnight before a flight I didn't try the onsen or breakfast. There doesn't seem to be much in the area.
