Absolutely perfect stay

Everything was wonderful but parking isn't ideal if you have a bigger vehicles

We were turned around when the hotel desk pointed us to the building across the way. Same name. Wondering why they can’t accommodate both databases for check in.

Water shut off in building for maintenance

I like the hotel, but the mattress in my room had seen better days. Worst sleep ever.

Great location, quiet room even though it was during a long weekend packed with kids. We didn’t use the pool area. Lovely dinner at the restaurant. We will definitely go back

Shower in room 408 has hot and cold reversed.underground parker is labeled great to help you find your way once parked but is horribly labeled for driving and parking. Those are the worst things I can say as this place was excellent and I'd visit again anytime.

Had a enjoyable break

We love this property, it’s our third year doing a staycation here. However, there was a bus load of hockey players staying on our floor and unfortunately there was a tonne of noise late into the night.

Good location at the south end of Calgary

View wasn’t epic. But we were barely there.

Hotel was clean and excellent service

The room was beautiful, however, it did take a long time to get hot water. I do want to thank both Expedia and the Courtyard for refunding me one night's stay due to a family emergency. I appreciated it. My husband took violently ill, but thankfully has fully recovered.
