Good location, Easy access and more parking inside building.

The room is clean, you can sleep in it and there is a balcony with a view outside.

Business hotel, seems decent and elegant but the room needs refurnishing and retouch, cause lots of corner and walls start to peel. Overall, good place.

Tunggu lebih 30 mins check in sebab bilik tak siap lagi. Last dapat cadar dan sarung bantal busuk, bau bangkai bau kepam. Pintu bilik susah buka. Tuala tiada. TV channel tak clear bergaris-garis. Ada 3 tapi tak sejuk. Maintenance tak jaga. Stay hanya 2 jam.

Rooms are not maintained, full of dust. It is more suitable to be categorized as an apartment because it is not served like a hotel. Room not cleaned.

Day 1: No buffet. Day 2: Buffet is not refilled. Day 3: Very little variety of food + dirty hotel room water and the hotel said it couldn't be used for the next 3 days finally forced to move to another hotel.

The room is dirty. Two of the pillow full of fungus. I am quite disappointed with this hotel. no swimming pool.

Spacious, comfy, suitable with the price

Alhamdulillah excellent service and compromise during reg. and excellent room comfort, price rm127.00 but like famly suit room, Best nexus business suite hotel, first time I met as long as I stay at a 5 star hotel, Warmly able to stay comfortable. Thank you.

The room is beautiful and big, but not clean because of the time I look at the TV then i see empty mineral water bottles under the TV shelf. May be overlooked but next time housekeeping please check right away, lepastu bathrobes nothing in the room, others okay, tq.

Huge room. My room got 3 air-conditioning.

Very comfortable room. But noise from upper room, front, next door. Make it distracted. Sounds like tumbling furniture, chairs are diverted.

The room is big size.. breakfast not so many choice.. The housekeeping not clean the hotel correctly because I see swimming trunks left in my bedroom

Wifi is a bit slow but overall it’s satisfying.

Additional 50MYR for early check-in, room is spacious, kinda far from city center, quiet environment.
