The hotel is in very good condition but the surrounding area outside the property is erie.

The woman who checked us in this hotel was fabulous. The individuals who checked us out were less so. When we arrived at our room, we found that at least 70% of the plugs did not work, or at least it would not hold our plugs in place. I would plug in my cell phone charger and it would droop, or slip out, therefore not charging.This was problematic for a family traveling with multiple children who rely on a number of electronics. There are a handful of restaurants within walking distance, but many of them close down early. If you bring a car you do park in the parking garage adjacent to the hotel. There were steps to access the higher floors, but no elevator. Our crew hold our suitcases up the ramp, rather than carrying them up the stairs.

Shay & Christian at the front desk are AWESOME! Shay was so sweet upon our check in… and when we told them we were in Louisville for our honeymoon, Christian came to our door with a gift box & card that the staff signed. It is located within walking distance to the Louisville Slugger Museum and Whiskey Row. Restaurants are close by and Shay & Christian gave us dinner recommendations and they hit it out of the park! We stayed 4 days, we did a lot but didn’t realize how many businesses, restaurants & hotels had closed.

Great customer service and the staff is extremely friendly

An average hotel with typical amenities. The room was well sized. The bed was a bit too hard and the pillows were way too soft. The continental breakfast was typical but had several options. The location of the hotel was a little questionable. We walked around at night and weren't bothered, but it didn't feel like the safest area. Overall the hotel wasn't bad for the price

Front desk staff was nice. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Didn’t feel safe to walk at night; during the day was fine to walk.

I liked the safety of the elevators that required a key. The gym was very clean and well maintained. Finally, my room was very clean and comfortable.
