Attendance staff, good. However, we booked 3 adults but given us as 2 single beds. Hot water isn't available, feels like cool-warm water.

Clean room. Check-in can be a TV broadcast. So far everything is good.

Nice hotel in the middle of KT city and new shopping complex KTCC. This hotel is no own parking, MPKT parking.

Everything was ok. It just that please provide the space to put cloth (to hang) and more hanger

The room is okay but the space is small and there is not much room. The big toilet is okay just because it feels dull because of the lack of space. The window is nothing.

Very comfortable and beautiful. But unfortunately, parking is a bit difficult. I don't have to wait an hour for parking. Hope the management can provide more parking. Overall satisfied with the service and so on. Friendly staff. Thanks.
