Hotel in prime location. Only a few minutes from the beach. Close to malls and bars.

This guesthouse is very nice and friendly.

I have stayed in this Guesthouse many times and enjoyed my stay. I was pleased to see that their high standards were maintained but despite this, I encountered issues that I never had before. When booking rooms it is misleading to think that all rooms are the same. In actual fact, there are many rooms that have small internal windows and never receive natural light. Had I known that this was the type of room when I made the booking, I would not have booked it. The second issue was loud noises made by inconsiderate guests. This is not a Guesthouse fault but it can ruin your stay if you are constantly woken up in the early hours of the morning.

The staffs are very good. The room is clean, fragrant, and very spacious. Even if you stay alone, you feel safe. Although it is in the middle of an alley, the accommodation is quiet and there is little noise.

Good location. Easy walk to the beach and shopping mall. Hugh big room and giant bed. Clean and all furniture are new. The ground floor gets the rest area. Are comfortable and cheap beer sell. Price was cheap, and it was the best place I stayed before in this price range.

The staff were kind and helpful through our difficult time in this hotel, three times moved in 4 days wasn't what I called a satisfying stay, this was the worst hotel ever. room 1, we were moved because air con leakage which could not be repaired. room 2 we were moved because ceiling collapsed but we weren't in the room. room 3 had all our belongings in there which we didn't authorize

Good location, rooms are big enough and clean, staff are friendly but there is some problem! this hotel hasn't elevator and you have to use step so it's better to reserve in 1 floor, room hasn't safe box and there is safe-boxes in reception, 500BHT you have to pay for deposit

The room is small but it alright because it's clean and also for toilet. Friendly staff and good location. Reasonable price for what you pay.
