Great location and had everything we needed

Our Junior Suite was well laid out, clean and everything worked….except WiFi in the room is below average and occasionally not working well or dropped. This seems to be a H10 issue as we had a similar issue in other cities. Pillows were not good, even though they provided 3 per person. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Check-in was delayed as our room was not ready till an hour after normal time. All in all a good 4 nights in Barcelona.

Such a wonderful welcoming property

The staff of the H10 Cubik was extremely cooperative and sympathetic to our situation. On our day of arrival, Barcelona had a huge Marathon which shut down regular traffic routes and halted most buses. We had to WALK our luggage some 25 minutes AROUND the runners to the hotel; not an easy feat for senior citizens. Upon arrival, the front desk could see that we were NOT HAPPY..!! They processed the paperwork quickly and helped diffuse an ugly mood. Well done.! During our entire stay...they were consumate professionals.

The hotel was located In Barcelona near many restaurants and the near the Gothic quarters. All in walking distance of the hop on and hop off bus stop to explore the city is highly recommended.

Great hotel with a delicious breakfast. Close to everything including hop on hop off bus. Roof top lovely view but service slow at times. Great atmosphere at hotel. Allowed us in our room early as we had an early departure from ship. Really appreciated this help.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They made our stay for my husband's 40th birthday extra special. Anas was so lovely and helped me plan some of our evenings. Our room was very quiet. The absolute highlight was the roof terrace and swimming pool, which we enjoyed every day of our stay. The pool was cold as it was early in the year but very good for soothing aching feet after lots of exploring. The hotel was in a great position for exploring, easy to walk everywhere and good for transport connections at the Placa Dr Catalunya. We would not hesitate to return and look forward to staying at other H10 hotels in the future.

Great location! Easy access by metro and So close to everything. Beautiful hotel, loved my room, the rooftop bar was awesome! Loved everything about it! Would definitely stay again!

Excellent location, clean and safe. Wifi was spotty but still worked. Would stay there again. Staff was very accommodating.
