Vreat place to stay

I did not know what to expect and was very impressed with the whole experience. Checking in was fast and very friendly despite the language difference. Everything from the lobby to the room was neat, orderly and very clean. I haven't stayed in a Best Western in Europe but definitely showed up the US locations.

The staff were so pleasant and welcoming

Hotel was in a good location near the train station and tram stops. 30 minute walk to the castle. Staff very nice and helpful. Spoke good English. Included breakfast was nice. Bacon and eggs. Fruit, yoghurts, bread and cakes etc. Rooms are decorated well - mine had a lighthouse scene on one wall and some interesting lamps hanging from the ceiling. Only downside was that you could hear a lot from other rooms - banging and clattering etc. Oh and the awful german square pillows (but that's the same in most German hotels)

Clean and quiet property with an exceptional staff. Great location if you’re traveling via train.

Free beer, mineral water, and candy were groovy, great that one could open windows and get fresh air!

The hotel is extremely close to the Nuremberg train station, easy walk (10-15 minutes, depending on how much luggage you have)! The staff was very friendly, provided me places to go eat dinner within walking distance, and also a close food market (within a few steps)! Traffic was a bit noisy, but it didn't keep me from sleeping! The room was clean and fit my needs!

Excellent stay!

It’s an old hotel without a/c, and in a hot summer that is not comfortable, however the staff is STELLAR, they are nice, open, warm and willing to help. Location is ok, near the main train station and about 20 min walk from the old town.

Very friendly receptionist with free coffee/tea at the lounge + welcome drinks in the room. Would definitely stay again when I’m in Nuremberg!

Pleasant staff, nice breakfast and easy check in. Location is poor and the room colour scheme was out of the 70s. Overall very good for the money compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Nuremberg

Handy for the station and supermarket down the road. Noisy in the road outside but they provided earplugs!

Good location to the Christmas Markets and shopping area. Has got a few parking spaces outside the back of the hotel and some underground where entrance slightly further up from the hotel. Room clean and tidy, have got coffee facility which is a bonus and also free beer and water in mini bar, which was nice. Was also provided ear plugs to help you sleep due to noise, but we heard nothing. Wi-Fi good signal. Staff very helpful and friendly.

very good hotel - 2 minutes walk from station - staff & room very good

I stayed here whilst participating in the challenge roth triathlon. It is approximately 7mins walk to the central nuremberg station. The room was clean and tidy, with a free bottle of beer and water provided. And i could store my bicycle in my hotel room. The only slight downsides were no.1 i had the room next to the lift, and could hear it operating. In addition i had a room overlooking the balcony, which was frequented by smokers. Given the weather was between 28 and 30 degrees and the room didn't have airconditioning it often meant closing the windows. Nevertheless the staff were alwasy friendly and there was also an excellent choice of breakfast items available. I would stay here again.
