On one of the elevators, the door would close as you were exiting, and the sensor failed to detect people or movement—meaning it could catch you while you were still in motion. I would recommend fixing this issue

Very friendly staff, walking distance from the Market, very clean room, I will recommend to double check with the view from your room, We did not get the room with City View as stated on Expedia, besides that everything else was great!

The property was dirty, the conditions of the bathrooms were bad. We couldn't use the toilet in our room because it was clogged and the shower was also backed up. I called for maintenance, they came into the room to fix, however the problem wasn't resolved. They have a venue hall upstairs and they hosted a wedding on Saturday and it was extremely Noisy, you could here the music and the vibration of the walls until 1am. Also the restaurant hours were not as specified current hours are from 7am-3pm.

Nice and clean

The hotel is both elegant and well-maintained, offering a pleasant and refined atmosphere. Conveniently located in the downtown area, it provides easy access to a variety of shops and dining establishments. This establishment has become my preferred accommodation whenever I visit the city.

Staff was very rude and unprofessional. Along side from what Expedia stated they refund money, im general overall, DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel for Americans.

I’ve stayed at this property several times and would stay again. The staff treats you like family. It’s close to restaurants, shopping, and it’s very safe.

It was run down , lacked upkeep

Everthing was great except for one thing... the person the greeted us at the front desk. She was rude and wanted to chamge my room just because it wasnt ready...she ignored us the rest of the stay..but the room was great, close to everything downtown..
