Clean room, friendly staff and good breakfast. Had secured parking for my motorcycle. Is a bit out of the old town and road can be noisy but good value stay.

The staff was really helpful from the start to the end. The room was clean on arrival and cleaned everyday. The hotel staff also helped us in finding transport. The hotel is next to a hypermarket, restaurants and bus top.

No fruits, no cheese, unhealthy carbs

The flooding of the bathroom because to the shower. Otherwise it is a wonderful property.

Shower leaking not nice when the water is all over the floor. I have now stayed here a few times and always had a problem with shower leaking in different rooms and the water gets very hot and cold randomly

Nicely located in a modern part of town away but not too far from the tourist activities of the Madina.

Couldn’t check in. Non-responsive, not acceptable behavior regardless of whatsoever.

When I arrived at reception it was a bit Crowded and only one receptionist there, I waited more than 30 min then finally got my room, they didn’t explain if breakfast is included nor check out time… The first room was in the second floor, it was not 100% ready, and a bit dirty and very noisy, I was able to hear music and the next door talking Then 23h30 I got to change the room, this one was is in the 3rd floor and a bit less noisy, but the floor was still very dirty, my socks became brown and sticky.

Was far from the Centre of Marrakech but qas surrounded still by activity and within the main city. Front desk service was average. My stay was short so the hotel met my needs

We stayed there 1st April 2025 its nice clean hotel nice staff nice local easy bus taxi accessible lot off food places and u get English tea

Average, took them 15 minutes to find my reservation. The next morning when trying to get breakfast I was told that my reservation doesnt include breakfast, I told them it does and even tried to show the Manager the reservation on Expédia app but she didnt look at it and insisted that it doesnt have breakfast. I noticed that the amout I paid at move in was slightly different than what show my reservation so I guess the receptionist forget (or removed) the breakfast when I checked in. I decided to just pay the breakfast for the rest of the stay so i could eat in peace instead of arguing with unpleasant customer service agents

Very noisy! Room poor condition! No atmosphere at the pool! (very depressing!) smell of cigarettes in the rooms! (had to change room) bed very uncomfortable! Lack of fasilities!!
