Amazing service! Loved the onsen. The place is a little outdated but I enjoyed the experience here.

Level of hospitality here is the best! Although we have booked on the same day and arrived late, staff welcomed us and prepared amazing dinner taking into consideration our food restrictions. (vegan/ vegetarian friendly) It's super quiet, we had a great sleep. The view from the window is amazing with nature and lake around. We happened to arrive at the season when the plants at the lake turn red, very beautiful. The dinner was very delicious, they also have a selection of local craft beers you can add to your meal for extra price.

I like the dinner and breakfast. We enjoyed the onsen. I didn’t like the traditional tatami room. I found that it was difficult to sleep and the pillow was small and very hard.

Stayed for a night on my birthday. A little disappointed with not even a birthday wish despite informing the hotel months earlier when I booked our room. However, the sumptuous keiseki dinner and friendly staff made me feel better. Would be great if there was more time to savour each dish. Our Japanese styled room with twin beds was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It has a nice view of the lake. There was no elevator but we had no problem as we left our big luggage in our car and took only what we needed to our 3rd floor room. There is a small indoor onsen. Overall, a good stay.

Lovely traditional hotel set just next to Lake Notoro. There is a certain charm to the whole setting that makes one feel welcomed once you set foot through the doors. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast spread was good! I wish I had stayed an extra day.

The glass wort season was over in the month of October. However there are some left. Love the onsen in my room Dinner and breakfast were great. We had 10 dishes and one dessert for dinner. Mainly seafood like claws of king crab, oyster, scallop, various types of sea shells, fish and more. Dinner was scrumptious. Breakfast was great too. Love the half boiled egg. Yummy

Excellent dining experience! The location is good, the staff are nice and friendly. The old wing is a bit worn out and needs renovation.

Enjoyed the meals here (dinner, breakfast). Hotel is right on lake Notoro. Easy to find.

It was amazing to stay at Kagariya. My husband and I booked a room with open air bath. The environment was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The service was very personal. The most Incredible was the food. Everything was prepared whole heartedly. We enjoyed our stay there.

The staff are helpful. They porvide transport from JR station to hotel. The meal of restaurant is fantastic.

We had the old wing room and The room was spacious for 4 pax - 2 twin beds and 2 futons. The tatami was nice. The water heater somehow wasn't working very well in our room. Receptionist was very patient and helpful with us! We also booked a private onsen and it was a good experience! We had a great seafood dinner, and a good breakfast as well. You may wish to note that there is only a service lift for luggage.

1. 교통이 불편하지만 공항 및 오로라쇄빙선까지 직접 운행해 주셔서 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다 2. 모든 직원이 정말로 친절합니다 (저희 가족 모두 일본어를 못하지만 번역기로 소통하고 인내심 가지고 충분히 소통해 주셨습니다) 3. 특히 돌아오는 공항편까지 태워주시면서 지나가는 길에 마침 일몰시간에 포토포인트가 겹쳤는 데 일부러 차를 세워서 좋은 사진을 찍게 해 주셨습니다 4. 비행기 지연으로 밤늦게 도착했음에도 늦은 저녁식사 감사하고 훌륭했습니다 5. 저녁 아침의 2번의 식사도 좋았습니다

チェックインの時は団体のお客様と重なり、バタついた様子での対応でしたが、それ以外はスタッフの皆さんの対応はとても感じが良く、素晴らしかったです。 お風呂付きのお部屋に宿泊しましたが、お湯の温度が寒い季節に丁度よいくらいの温度で身体の芯から温まりました。 お料理もたくさんの品があり、完食はできないくらいの量でしたが、どれも美味しかったです。また網走湖のワカサギ釣りの季節に訪れたいと思いました。
