Very old hotel. Shower head fix too low, can't move & water very low. Be carefull your head might get injured. Maintenance very poor experience, thy can't fix it. Cleaner lady very lazy. Request to change room & takes quite long hrs. Breakfast only a few choices. Without kettle, tissue paper, toothbrush, toothpaste. Not allow to check in early although have empty rooms. Everything was bad only good location.

The room is very spacious but little bit old. No hose in the toilet, no kettle and the water heater did not function well. The staffs were very polite and good. I have small kids so they were very concern sending thermos with hot water when I asked for them but I prefer if they could provide us with a kettle. The location was good. There is a small halal restaurant just beside the hotel. It is also a walking distance to Lee Garden Plaza and Kim Yong Market. The parking space is quite small but there is always staff there to handle our parking.

The bathroom does not have an injection, the room musty, quite stale, but near Kim Yong market.

the staff is slow...aircond is bad...water heater is bad...everything was like 60 years ago...the staff cannot speak english...no room service...bell boy is retard.

Feel bad Hotel of this size is not full of utility. The water flows very little. The air conditioner cannot be adjusted ... it should be improved a lot.

It's a great stay, but they should inform us about the payment for the mineral water in refrigerator, we're being charged for almost 500 baht for 3 days

The hotel is clean and the rooms are large. The area around is also a lot of food. The great hotel in hat ya.
