clean, new resort, good price. just a bit too many mosquitoes, the pool needs to be cleaner.

Mình ở phòng 102 , phòng 2 giường 4 người lớn 2 trẻ em, ở từ ngày 25/4-28/4/2023, chia sẻ trải nghiệm như sau: - Về vị trí và tìm địa điểm resort : Views mặt tiền đường Trần Hưng Đạo nhưng nhận diện khó, vì biển báo tên resort nhỏ, hầu hết các tài xế địa phương không biết đến resort. - Về phòng và tiện ích trong phòng: Có muỗi! Cửa nhôm nhà tắm mỗi lần mở ra kêu cạch cạch cạch (vì quá khô dầu nhớt chỗ bản lề nhưng không được sửa chữa), đêm khuya ai đi vệ sinh đóng cửa thì làm cả nhà thức dậy. Không có điện thoại bàn trong phòng. - Về đồ ăn sáng: Resort quá hẻo khách, hình như hôm mình ở có gia đình mình và 2-3 khách lẻ. Đồ ăn sáng rất dở tệ. - Về dịch vụ phục vụ nói chung : Không chuyên nghiệp. Nhà mình đi chơi cả ngày khuya về, mà người dọn phòng không có để kem đánh răng. Khuya mình lên xin thì gặp 1 chú nằm ngủ (hình như là ba của chủ resort) , nói tôi không biết, đứng đó đợi đi để tôi gọi con gái tôi nó xuống nó lấy cho. Mình cảm giác như mình đi xin chứ không phải mình là khách hàng. Mình không phê phán hay gì nhưng cá nhân mình, sẽ không quay lại resort nữa. Và hi vọng resort sẽ cải thiện chất lượng dịch vụ...

Great holiday, my wife and I supported to upgrade the room for the honeymoon, check in first. Special: 2 couples are supported to arrive at the airport on time due to overslept, hihi, loves bosses and staff, enthusiastic and fun :)))

She is extremely cute even though the check-in is a bit troubling but it's okay, the mistress's cuteness and enthusiasm are enough to cover it all. Here, follow the group to play games at the swimming pool which are noisy but it's okay, no one said anything ^^.

All services at Lan Anh Garden Resort are excellent. The staff is extremely friendly and enthusiastic. Will definitely come back when you have the opportunity to Phu Quoc!

This is a clean, peace and lovely resort, warm welcome from Ana, we can check in early 4 hours instead of 12 pm as regulation. The breakfast is good with the change of the menu everyday. I definitely will back again.
