Fabulous serene getaway along the coast.

The flat was amazing, we definitely enjoyed the time we spent INSIDE the apartment. HOWEVER, the hotel management and concierge are COMPLETELY inept and made our entire stay unnecessarily frustrating. We received zero communication regarding what amenities were available to us, and only received answers to questions if using WhatsApp. Even then, responses would come hours later (even up to 24 hrs) and the responses were borderline rude. They did, however, make it very clear that we were NOT hotel guests - apparently apartment guests are the equivalent of the unwanted step child of every fairy tale. The property map is unreadable and inaccurate, even the valets didn’t understanding the map when trying to get us to our selected restaurants. This property advertises everything as walkable, but the streets are steep and management does not make it easy to get golf cart transportation if you need it. The valets were very polite but severely overworked as the property is definitely understaffed. Prices at the onsite restaurants and shop were outrageous for only average quality. To sum it up, we loved the APARTMENT but this company needs a complete overhaul of their management and some INTENSE training on customer service.

Las Catalinas is paradise. Our flat was beautifully with a covered rooftop terrance that was perfect for sunsets. The restaurants are great. The beach club with its pools, restauant, lounge areas and gym is worth the additional fee of $30 per person per day. We will be back.

The staff was great and the town and resort and beach were beautiful. Only drawbacks were charge to use pool and no robes in room

The room was very clean with a beautiful view (36 Carlota). The beach access is second to none. It is meant to replicate some sort of italian town near the sea. In some ways it does do that. The service at the restaurants was spotty at times and the food is uninspiring. Better food can be found in town. The December 24-25 dates may have been part of the problem. On December 24 they simply did not have enough staff to run the restaurants. The food prices at the store on site (Copper & Stone) are ridiculousy high. Believe the reviews about the road leading to the resort: full of very deep potholes. It is 2 miles of very unpleasant riding. You can rent kayaks and paddle boards. The per hour rate is very steep. Would I go again? Yes but I would bring my own food.

We loved our stay in Las Catalinas! We stayed in a beautiful three-level, two-bedroom home with incredible views—sunsets from the balcony were unforgettable. The town itself is incredibly charming and totally walkable. Everything is thoughtfully designed, and it feels both upscale and relaxed. The only thing missing was a great boulangerie—while there is one in town, it was often nearly empty. A full boulangerie with more variety would be the perfect addition to this otherwise fantastic community.

The property and the staff were absolutely excellent. We got a complimentary room upgrade when we found out the shower head was broken.The food and hospitality were on another level.

I would like to file a complaint regarding my recent stay booked through Expedia. At no point during the booking process was it mentioned that there would be an additional charge to use the beach club. I was surprised upon arrival to find that this extra fee was required, which I consider a serious omission of important information by your platform. Furthermore, the service provided by the staff responsible for the beach club was extremely disappointing. I was treated with a lack of courtesy and professionalism, which is completely inconsistent with the expectations of a pleasant stay. I kindly request that this situation be investigated and that appropriate actions be taken. I would also like a formal response regarding the lack of transparency about the extra charges, as well as an apology and possible compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Despite being a very nice project and condo , the condo itself was very poorly equipped in terms of plates , silverware etc. The tv in the main room wasn’t 2 hours after I checked out I got a text saying there were 2 towels missing and had to pay $80 My reply was that it’s too bad this is brought up after I left and that when I checked in a count of the towels in the place wasn’t made in front of me They kept texting over the weekend asking for payment for $80 after I spent thousands in my stay I paid the towels under protest and most likely won’t return to this place

Las Catalinas es un lugar único ! Me encanta que sea un pueblito lleno de rincones por explorar … Los jardines los tienen preciosos! Super cómodo que la playa esté en frente y el beach club también es increíble … Amo los trials para caminar o andar en bicicleta ! La playa es preciosa y muy rica para nadar . El personal siempre muy amable ! 10/10

Beautiful property! Very quiet and peaceful. We will be back.

It’s a very beautiful place, but not done there is construction going on and it’s very loud. Only three restaurants not much to do with kids. The drive is one hour away from the airport without traffic. In my opinion this place is good for couples only.
