It was located in a beautiful mountain park area. The location, the hotel and staff far exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be on my top list of hotels to stay in future trips.

This hotel is a great option for families. The restaurant and zoo next door are great. At night the hotel is very quiet and the staff is wonderful.

Lots of children running aloof this visit, but never had an issue before. Our booking from Expedia could not be found by hotel, but luckily they had the rooms and honoured it

The welcome desk and breakfast staff are friendly and helpful. But the room can be kept cleaner. Good value for money for an overnight stop. The area around the hotel is a park. Quite isolated but a nice change from the city air.

Everything about this hotel is lovely. This was our third visit. Staff are really helpful and speak good English. Breakfast is plentiful, continental, but of hot and wide variety of fruit and pastries. 5 minute drive to centre of Miranda do Corvo.

Recommend this hotel for families with kids. It has kids club and indoor and outdoor poor. Delicious breakfast with Portuguese specialities. It has some places to visit around as well. I would stay longer but just spend one night there in my way to Lisbon. I would definitely come back! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our stay was a stopover back to Lisbon from the north. Large room, very quiet surroundings. Short walk around the park to the restaurant which was excellent. Breakfast was included in room rate and was plentiful Overall the area looked very interesting and would be worth exploring further. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to take advantage of the spa or eco park facilities

Nice clean spacious and modern hotel

2nd visit to this hotel. Great to use as a base. Its in a very quiet location, All the staff are very friendly and eager to help. The restaurant in the hotel grounds is excellent. The breakfast is very good.

We stayed there with our 4 yr old daughter. There was an indoor pool , a Jacuzzi and a kid's room which made it very exciting for our daughter. The front desk staff was helpful and kind. The park near the property provided us with a great morning activity , not just for our daughter as it was a "petting farm/mini zoo" type of area but it was also a great experience for us. We especially enjoyed the friendly atmosphere everywhere and we felt happy to be staying at a place where they have a philosophy that every human being has something to offer. Many of the staff in the biological park are individuals with disabilities that are hired so that they can feel integrated in society and contribute in some way that also makes them feel useful and feel like they too have something to give!
