Excellent location, with plenty of amenities, supermarket nearby. Really comfortable and cosy room. The next time I visit Rettmobil, I will definitely not hesistate to book here again. Well done BW.

We did not end up staying here because the pool was closed. I spoke to the front desk Wednesday and the associate said it was open. When my family and i were driving there Friday, I made the reservation and then called to make a pool reservation and they informed me the pool was actually closed. I only chose this hotel for the pool so I asked for a refund even though it was a non refundable room, I asked for an exception. They will not give it to me. Expedia contacted the hotel and was told to Contact them again Sunday when a manager was available and Sunday I received an email from the hotel stating they will not issue the refund. Expedia tried to assist me but in the end I won’t stay at this best western due to its management if we ever drive thru that town again. I suggest the Hotel Esperanto instead. Very accommodating and awesome pool.

Big room, good bed but rest of the room could've been better furnished regarding e.g. side tables, position of power outlets, lights. I found a 15x10 cm cobweb under one of the radiators, but otherwise the room was clean. The bathroom was completely out of paper towels at the time, but I could use toilet paper instead. If you stay for 2 nights you can skip housekeeping and get a 4 Euro voucher, only valid in the bar. The biggest disappointment was that when I booked through Hotels.com, the page said that breakfast was included, but since then that information has been removed and breakfast is 17.50 Euro extra per day and person.

Eine Nacht in Hünfeld aus geschäftlichen Gründen. Die Einrichtungen in allen Bereichen, nicht nur im Schlafzimmer, sind sauber und komfortabel. Mir hat sehr gut gefallen, dass im Badezimmer in der Lobby Mundwasser zur Verfügung stand.

Fint ophold

Ett rent och fint hotell men välj något annat ställe om ni har övernattning lördag till söndag. Kyrkklockan började ringa 06.30 och fortsatte därefter 06.45 och 07.00. Ingen idé att försöka sova vidare utan vi gick upp och lämnade utan att prova frukosten.

Vi blev extrem glada av den här vistelsen. Allt var mycket bra och överträffade våra förväntningar för priset.

Lækkert hotel. Desværre var restauranten optaget.

Schöne Zimmer, super Frühstück

Nichts Besonderes für relativ viel Geld. Normales Frühstück, normale Zimmer, sehr laute Heizung/Klimaanlage. Etwas irritiert war ich vom Innenpool, die Hotelfotos suggerieren, der Innenpool gehört zum Hotel...tut er nicht. Kostet extra und gehört der Stadt.
