Excellent service. Great staff

The room was very small,and furniture too large for the space. My legs are bruised with catching the tv table as it was very close to the bed. Overall, the breakfast and the staff were good, but the room was dated and not worth what we paid for it.

Lovely old building, and very friendly helpful staff, however the walls and floors are very thin. You will hear everything your upstairs and next door neighbours are saying and doing.

Very friendly helpfull staff,plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner.Situated in the town center. Our room was away from the road so very quiet.

Were ever I travel in Britain if there is a best western that is the hotel I stay at ,so far I have never been let down by a clean good size room,friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

Friendly welcoming staff at a clean, well presented hotel. Room was comfortable and spacious.

The hotel was perfectly placed for a walk to the station. The town was delightful with a good Italian restaurant and other shops around

Staff were exceptional, helpful, kind and polite. Room were clean and of a high standard, meals were lovely and service was quick and staff again, very kind and wanting to help and advice. Would definitely return.

We only stayed one night but we had a lovely evening meal.we didnt stay around fir breakfast as we felt it was too expensive. All in all a pleasant stay
