Wonderful little touches like dog bowls and treats, or a robe and slippers for our daughter really made this an amazing stay. With beautiful nature surrounding the property and renovations underway, this is a great stay

Hotel is in relatively good shape and our room was spacious. Location near playground, lake trail, and public pool complex is great. Restaurant staff were friendly and professional. Check-in process was not great (staff checked us into 1 room then had to do process all over again when we pointed out we had booked 2 rooms) nor was check-out (I paid minibar and room, my wife came down a few minutes later to drop off key and was asked to pay minibar again). EUR9 for parking in the empty lot after already paying a lot for the rooms was disappointing - luckily there's another parking lot just a few meters away. Nice breakfast buffet.

We enjoyed a fabulous, tasty and innovative Silvester menu, at this hotel, the eve of New Year 2019. The food was excellent! The staff attentive and friendly.

The room is really big and but the breakfast buffet need to be improvised. Sometime guess need to wait for plates & cups.

Nice hotel, for a business trip the hotel is fine, all amenities are in place. The building is a little aged, but that also has its charme. I was surprised to see that I needed to pay parking, and that just one block further there was free parking (without hotel sign). Overall good breakfast, so for the price I booked it was a winner !

It’s a complicated lay out and I got lost and upset. No proper explanations or English translation about spa things to do and prices.asked for disabled consideration for WC. Didn’t get it. Waitresses very nice.

The WIFI was horrible even with a router right out side my room I could not get any signal

A few issues with a young server in the Restaurant making a few mistakes but the service was “with a smile” and very good otherwise.

Great room, service and breakfast. Hotel has a beautiful lake behind but with a bike/waking path. There's also walking paths next to the river.

Vi har lige haft en overnatning, da vi ankom blev vi mødt med et indtryk af et hotel, der “hænger” med ørerne- ukrudt, dårlig belægning, tomme blomsterkummer, og en tiltrængt renovering var åbenbart i gang. Vores værelse var stort og rent, men vi følte os som i en tidslomme - 70”erne, de skal snart i gang !!! Et stort plus (og derfor vi bookede det) balkon og udsigt til søen. Restauranten er forholdsvis dyr med et meget enkelt spisekort. Morgenmad var fin. Hotellet lever ikke op til de 4 BW stjerner heller ej Hotels.com - billederne på WWW ligner ikke de vi mødte. Prisen er alt for høj i forhold til oplevelsen,
