Good room Nice staff

Superb hotel in Aso. We were so lucky that the host upgraded us to the brand new corner room with amazing view. Room is very spacious, quiet, clean and modern. It’s a shame that we couldn’t do horse riding as it was pouring on the day we stayed.

Actually this is a really good and special place for stay if you wanted something different from traditional accomodation. Food provided is yummy and staff is very friendly and helpful. The negative point of this place is firstly parking is not convenience as our room is a bit far and there are stair to go down. Secondly we think that the property is a bit tired, need further improvement. WE really wish to see a new face on it. Thank you

Friendly staff, great view, good food

The El Patio Ranch is perched high on the caldera rim with great views towards the active volcanoes, some distance away. We didn't participate in the horse activities that take place at the ranch, preferring to explore the geopark. The Ranch was a great place to return in the evening.

It's a ranch and it's quiet during our stay. Definitely you will need to have a car tho drive here. The owner speaks pretty good English and very helpful too.

Navigator could not find the Hotel. Room was cold.

牧場住宿，無邊無際的牧場讓人有身處美國西部的感覺，設計十分有特色的飯店，除美麗的牧場景色外，還有騎馬活動，帶領你在各山谷間蹓躂。

夕食にもう少しアレンジが欲しかったです、お風呂がないのが、寒い季節とても残念でした

お部屋は広く天井が高く、景観も最高でした。しいて言えば、朝風呂が入れないのが残念。シャワーだけでもよかったのですが。。しかしベッドはよく眠れるし、星はきれいですしリピーターになると思います。

お部屋から見えるとても広大な草原が最高でした。できれば朝もお風呂に入りたかった。乗馬もできて最高でした。次回も泊まらせていただきたいです

Delicious breakfast and dinner

外乗を楽しむには最高のシチュエーションです。よく調教された馬達と共に新緑の地に足を踏み入れる爽快感は別世界でした。スタッフの皆さんもファミリアルで犬達までも人懐っこく楽しい時間を過ごせました。
