I really appreciate the accomodation. The place is very clean and the staffs are well-mannered. I feel comfortable with the room, it feels like home😃

This is a nice new hotel with good facilities that is convenient for a travel stopover. We found the beds a little firm, and the breakfast is Japanese style with not much choice for non Japanese.

ホテルも清潔で良い滞在ができました。

9階の客室使用しました 夜中、ネズミ？小動物が天井裏を走り回り寝られなかった。 見た目は綺麗なホテルで朝食も良かった 大浴場も綺麗だけど他のお客さんの刺青率高すぎ 怖かった

この周辺にホテルが少ないので安心して泊まれる

一部を除いて概ね満足

喫煙室を予約してしまったのですが、すぐに禁煙室に変更していただけました。

近くにコンビニがないのがちょっと不便だった。

バイキング料理を取り付ける部屋がスムーズで、ご飯を盛り付ける機械にびっくりしました。 客室からロビーまで清潔感があり、快適でした。

全体的に清潔で、お部屋も広く静かでした。大浴場もゆったりと入ることができて心身を休めることができました。 また、機会があればお世話になりたいです。

スタッフの対応が優しく丁寧で有り難かったです。ありがとうございました!

朝食会場が狭い

部屋の広さも充分で、清潔感もありとても快適でした

電子レンジが1階にしか無いのが不便でした

とても綺麗で、ゆっくり宿泊出来ました。また機会があれば泊まりたいです。

Very limited walking accesses to eating spots, even no varieties. In the room, well cleaned, quiet, nice bed, but very disappointed at the much expecting relaxing time in the public bath. It was not warm enough.
