Amazing hotel! Highly recommended!

Hotel was amazing - I couldn’t tell if I recieved the vip room ? I may have and just didn’t know. Otherwise loved the hotel, location, amenities, etc

Loved this hotel. Food was wonderful. Everything was perfect. By far the best value of all the hotels we stayed at in Europe (one month of travel).

Hotel was new and very clean . Also that had all facilities with outstanding see view and close to city centre . Hotel is just a 5 mins from the lovely beaches and highly recommended .

Inaccurate description the hotel is on busy street has one small pool too many people. Access to beach you have to go out and use underground. Food terrible

Whether it was so good but there are noise Breakfast so good .

When we arrived, there was a fresh market / street closure. All the streets were blocked so we had to park our car on a different street about 200 meters from the gate and carry the luggage. Other than that, everything was good. Room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The hotel did not warn us about the street market that was going to take place the next day and let us pardon the street. The next day we had to wait more than an hour to take our car out of the occupied street. This is most simply put, mismanagement

We liked the lobby, there was ac and it was huge, with bar, shop, a piano, a cafe etc. The staff speaks english and it was helpful and nice. They gave us a welcome present. The show was of good quality and it seems anyway they have some entertainment every night. The view from the room was very nice. The gym was huge and you can book it just for you. The room itself was big and comfortable. The position in a quite area, you will need a transportation to go to city center (marina area, castle etc.). We didn't like much the beach itself, which was quite small, which I guess it's ok for a private beach, but the water was not that clean. We didn't like that there was no ac in the floors (but you have of course in the room). The SPA was not very high quality. We expected also more from the food, the waitress were slow and the food was not amazing, we paid for dinner once and then we decide to eat outside.

Generally a nice, clean and well equipped hotel. A fine spa area and the hotel is in a quiet and relatively nice neighborhood. Guests are primarily up to age and entertainment mostly for seniors. Just be aware of when in the year you arrive. Much of the hotel shuts down after November 1, and this is not necessarily something that is clearly stated by Hotels.com.
