Great room. Tasty breakfast

Great staff, all is very cleaning and noce rooms!

Not there long enough

Excellent hotel. I arrived before check in time but they checked me in straight away. Large room (which I think are all the same apart from the presidential suite), sofa, table, fridge, large bed with choose of pillows, patio door onto swimming pool. Large bathroom, separate bath and shower. Breakfast served in the bar room with large range of hot and cold food. Close to airport but a good walk into Neuquen.

Nice hotel, great shower, good bed, clean room. Lovely front desk staff but the breakfast staff was miserable . I would return.

Very spacious room, it matches a large, well appointed bathroom. There is also a private deck area just outside the room which connects to the pool area. Good amenities, too. The only disappointment is the hotel's expensive and terrible restaurant. Well, at least the service is excellent in the restaurant. Breakfast in the same place is very good, though.

Really nice hotel - good pool, gym food and casino is a plus.

Great Hotel. This hotel as amazing rooms and a great pool. The staff is extremely courteous. I recommend the restaurant in the casino which has a great selection of wines.

If you are looking for a getaway this is the right one in Neuquén

Get the Presidential Suite and thank me later, it is HUGE. Private hot tub in the private yard out back, a living room for 8 people for football in surround sound, two large bedrooms, 3 bath.

I've been there three times and think it's a great place to stay! We always stay there on our way to San Martin de los Andes. It's near a good mall, the airport and the bus terminal and just by the exit to Bariloche and San Martin!!

Overall this hotel is very nice. The only issues experience were the water temperature in the shower is not consistent, and the food is not the best.

Ótima estadia ! Café da manhã muito bom , o apto excelente ! Só achei que as cortinas são muito escuras , se fossem claras deixaria o clima mais leve . Mas nada a reclamar , tudo maravilhoso !

A estadia foi incrível! A única reclamação é sobre a jacuzzi que estava com água escura e cheiro ruim.

El mejor hotel que he estado en Argentina. Habitación grande limpia y con todos los servicios necesarios como corresponde a un hotel de 5 estrellas. La piscina y el jacuzzi son espectaculares y la comida del restaurante y el desayuno super buenos. El personal muy amable y siempre con ganas de ayudar.
