Nice Pool Area for families with Kids

The front desk staff is super attentive to all of your needs. Saul Cruz was top notch attentive and even had a birthday cake waiting for us at our room as a surprise. We loved this property but most of all the staff makes all the wonderful experience!

The hotel was nice and clean. We enjoyed the stay. Our room was clean during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great place

We arrived at 4:00pm for check in, with is the official check in time, and were told that our room was still not ready. They also mentioned that there were over 30 people waiting ahead of us. This felt like lack of organization, as we expected the room to be available at the scheduled time.

Parking needs to be bigger and the check out process related the parking could be more efficient .

Room was on the first floor, air conditioning was ao noisy, the exit door was right beside the room…extremely noisy. Bathroom was worn down, needs serious attention. Bed was comfortable and clean. Besides bathroom, room was in good conditions. Clean and spacious

Beautiful facilities, great breakfast, rooms were just what we needed for a restful night after traveling through beautiful PR. Saul at the front desk was welcoming and had some great recommendations! The pool was perfect.

The Wyatt Place of San Juan experience was very good. I recommend it for the confort room, professional support from the personal, the pool area and the breakfast buffet (wow!). It was very comfortable, nice ambiance and rentable price!
