Staff was awesome. Check out was seamless.

Room was clean, cozy, roomy and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. Hosts and staff were extremely courteous and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Cologne!

This was a first class hotel. Newly renovated with a HUGE room, super clean, friendly staff, and fantastic breakfast. Best stay I've had in Germany!!

I loved the way staff was helping people for the breakfast and how they also brought coffee out for the guest. In my opinion they hosts are super hosts. Very nice experience. Check in was a bit hassle because the hotel management tried to reach Expedia multiple time, but couldn't get through to let me know that check in counter closes at 9 pm

Fabulous basement room perfect for a family of 5. Only 1 window but didn’t bother us at all. Bonus frog family who came to visit outside the window at night!! Breakfast was great, staff extremely helpful. Parking secure and. Good location to explore Cologne.

Great stay at this hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is convenient since it is very close to the train station and it also has plenty of food places to choose from. Highly recommend this place.

Place was good. A bit too far from city center, you may need a vehicle since public transportation is a bit complicated (not a direct route). But stag was friendly and place clean

What nice people at this property. Very clean and perfect for our family. Close to the train to get into the big city of Koln. We were greeted by chocolate bunnies on our pillows(we stayed Easter weekend) and we were able to park our rental car in their gated parking lot while we toured Koln. They also had complimentary bottles of water in the room and bottles of beer in a fridge on the main floor for 2 euros. It was a nice hotel. And the toilet room had a sink and the shower room also had a sink. That was nice. Our room was in the basement and it was very large. It had a pull out queen bed and a pull out twin bed that were already made up ready for my kids. We had a king size bed. Breakfast was good and a nice young man got your drink for you while you got your breakfast.

We were looking for an affordable accommodation for a family of five while visiting Köln. The gastehaus is far from the city center but was in a quiet area and had good parking. The breakfast was exceptional.

Had a very nice stay here, good location very close to the station, amazingly friendly staff, everyone. Good breakfast. Very clean and tidy hotel rooms and everywhere.

Sehr gute Unterkunft für jeden Anlass!

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet und auch sehr sauber. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück hatte für alle Geschmäcker etwas dabei und war sehr lecker.

Rundherum ist das Uhu spitze. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ruhig. Das Personal ist aufmerksam, aber nie aufdringlich. Ganz besonders gut gefällt uns das Frühstück. Wir wurden noch nie enttäuscht.
